I've been feeling movement pretty much daily, several times a day, since about 14-15 weeks.

Today, I think I might have felt one kick, maybe two, and it worries me. I know it's really too early to count on feeling them, but it makes me nervous.

Am I just drumming up more anxiety because I have a Drs. Appt. next week and I always get anxious the week before?

Can someone tell me something reassuring?

Even though I'm only a week and some days ahead of you, I definitely feel more movement at this point in my pregnancy. I went through the same worries that you have now! I say hang in there, there will come a point where you feel it non-stop..as I do. My girls have become very active in the last week!

i didn't feel them all the time when i was around 18 weeks. actually i hardly felt B at all. but sometimes i'd lay on one side and feel flutters from one, then lay on the other side and MAYBE feel flutters from the other. of course, it depends on where they are placed. at 18 weeks, they're still small enough to move around and hide behind each other and all that. hope that helped a little!

Gosh, it's still a bit early. I'm a week ahead of you and barely feel anything. I just got back from an u/s and they both were moving all over the place but I wasn't feel much of anything.

I had days like that. If your babies are facing your back you might not feel them as much. You could try drinking orange juice and lay on your left side and see if you feel them move. That had helped me. I even had it where I thought I was feeling only 1 baby and went in for an emergency u/s and it turned out that I was feeling both they had just moved alot.

I am 28 weeks and I still can't tell which baby I feel!!! At 18 weeks I wasn't feeling mine at all yet!

You are still very early on. I think it's normal to only feel them every now and again at that stage. Plus a placenta could be in the way as well.

I know it's easier said than done, but don't worry. I was exactly like you. When I got to 18 weeks it seemed like I wasn't feeling them as much as I had when I was 13-14 weeks. When I had my 18 week level 2 u/s, I couldn't believe how much they were moving on the u/s screen and how little of that movement I was feeling. Even now at almost 28 weeks when I see them on u/s, I'm still not feeling every single movement. Try not to worry! It won't be long before you're feeling them very regularly!

I barely feel mine move but I know that they are moving in there because at the last ultrasound they could not stay still. My doctor told me that the placentas are up front so they are going to be difficult to detect for a while. I can feel movement, only like gentle taps, when I put my hand on my belly. At first, I thought I was feeling things but then my Mom and DH could feel it too! Don't be discouraged, there just might be something in their way right now!

Thank you all for your reassurances. I got up and cleaned the house then sat back down on the recliner with my lap top--and they started moving like crazy! The rolling movements, not the kicks.

    I really am P-A-R-A-N-O-I-D!!!

I wouldn't worry too much. YOu are still pretty early to feel them move constantly. I didn't even feel my first movements with the twins until 19.5 weeks. I felt the first kicks at around 22-23 adn then it was pretty constant from about 24-25 weeks on.
