Hello all you lovely ladies (and any gentlemen?!?!)!!!!

As previously stated, my babes were born at 32w6d, on my birthday! Their premature birth came from out of the blue...no previous probs, just WHAM! Jake and Gabe were good weights and had great apgars at birth. Jake had a cpap, neither had oxygen...and as of today, both are HOME.

I was on the parent thread the whole time, sometimes the expecting thread, then moved to the nicu thread...but today, I really finally feel like I belong here and can't wait to get to know all you fabulous mamas.

I have all boys...three pregnancies...two singletons and the twins, and my s/o is helping to raise his nephew and has a son of his own...hence, SIX BOYS. Personally giving birth to 4 of my own is kind of funny, seeing as I am the oldest of my own mother's FOUR GIRLS. LOL.

I like to write, I READ voraciously, do yoga and am obsessed with RUNNING (I only started running right before I turned thirty...before I got pregnant with the twins I was running 5-6 miles a day, about 5 times a week (roughly 7 minute miles). I can't wait to go back to runnning.

I was a teacher for twelve years (last year I spent as an administrator). I have left teaching and now work for apple. I completely heart apple and all things apple, including my macbook, ipod...can't wait for my iphone.

Hope I get to know all of you...

Hi Angel! Congrats on having your sweet boys home. They are super cute! I'm a runner too! I've been running since college, but more seriously since about 2003.
    Nice to "meet" you! :D

I have been looking for your post! Congrats on getting your babies home. You can now breathe a sigh of relief. The fun now begins and the good news is the stress of having older kids(4 wow!) and twins will feel easier compared to what you have just been through! :D
