okay, my babies have been: Baby girl transverse and sprawled out in the upper bunk and baby boy curled up in a ball head down for the last week.

I am 31 weeks today, had a scary bout of ptl on early friday morning.....contractions stopped by terbutaline and sent home. Saturday and Sunday were quiet and I pretty much rested on my left side the entire weekend.

Here it is Monday and I can hardly walk! I have had my normal b/h contractions, but nothing to really worry about today. Idid finish up some Christmas shopping at one store and it was a short trip and dropped my 4 year old off at preschool, so I didnt think that was over activity. BUTTT this afternoon, I think the my little girl flipped and now both babies are head down.

My pubic bone feels like it is going to snap and when I gently press on my previous c-section scar area just above my pubic bone it HURTS to the point it brings tears to my eyes. That lower area is really tender....thinking it is muscular, stretching kind of pain????

What the heck!? I can hardly walk and just getting up to use the bathroom is painful. Has anyone else felt this when their twins were both head down????

Or is my body getting ready for labor? Thanks for listening :) xojillian

Both of my babies have been head down (will verify if they both still are tomorrow!) and for the last week or so my hips have started to hurt so bad... I totally understand. Just getting up to use the restroom is really rough. I am so glad to be seeing my Peri tomorrow. It's been a rough week!

My hips feel like they are going to come undone, and my lower pelvis is so sore, especially if I sit or when I get up to go to the bathroom at night. Baby A is head down and Baby B is breech....so there is alot of pressure down there. I had this with my DS at the end.....it's normal and unfortunately my ob told me there isn't much I can do about it.

neither of my girls are head down, both are breeched, with both of their feet attacking my cervix.... and i am having the same pain... it hurts to get up out of any chair or my bed.... and if i have to walk farther then 15 steps it hurts.... it has been hurting for about a month now..... i think im getting used to it cause it doesnt seem as bad as it did at first

My hips and pubic bone killed for about the whole 3rd trimester. I think it's normal & all that baby weight causing it. Boy will you feel better once your cuties are born. Twin pregnancies really are tough in so many ways. Good luck!

I felt that way with one baby, my first, but she was big and once she dropped...wow.

Just take it as easy as you can.
