I searched the site to see if there's a forum for baby gear discussion but didn't see any. Have you decided which one you're going to buy? I want a side by side, no doubt. I want an easy to maneuver stroller (duh), preferably one that's easy do some running with.

I don't even know what's on the market right now.

    Thanks

Look in the first year forum, there's an entire subforum on strollers.

Eeep! I love it when you post. You totally make me smile.

Like the PP said, there is a subform in the first yr all about strollers. As for a SBS that you can job with, I have the Baby Trend Navigator and I love it. It is also one of the more reasonably priced ones. When the boys were little I had a snap n go. I got it when they were 4 months old, and I wished I had bought one sooner. It was way easier to get in and out of the car for shopping trips.

You made ME smile now. I'll check out that forum.

Regarding the snap n go - I plan to have that as well.

There is a forum but I just wanted to say I love my Bumbleride indie twin and I am sad I may have to give it up. Good luck! A stroller is a very personal choice. My suggestion is to take your older son and a friend to buy buy baby or another baby store and push them around. You get a very realistic feel for how the stroller handles when there are bigger kids in it.

Thanks for the input. Anyone else have any input? What are all you first year moms using?

    Thanks

I have the Valco Trimode side by side. I got it at an outlet store near us for half price. It had a ding in the footrest, but that ding was totally worth the 50% off. I love it. It's so easy to push and fits through a standard doorway.

I used the double snap and go until the boys were 7-8 months old. Now, I'm using the Kolcraft Contours front to back stroller.

I used the double snap n go at first, LOVED it! Then I got a combi twin SBS, which was great, but it's not for jogging and doesn't go good off road. So I got a Baby Trend Expedition, reasonably priced, and I love it! It fits thru all doorways that are wheelchair accessible. You'll want one with a fixed wheel for jogging but a swivel wheel for just walking around. You can get much more expensive double joggers but we simply couldn't afford anything more, and this one works great!

I also second the Valco tri mode twin.......it's AMAZING and worth every penny!!!!!

We use a double snap n go for shopping trips, grocery trips, etc and the Valco for walks, zoos, etc It's SO easy to push...even on grass, etc

We splurged on the Bob Revolution SBS jogger. It was just about the only thing we bought new (everything else is used)...we really wanted a good stroller and they were only $100+ less to buy it used. So we bought it new with hopes to sell it used in a couple of years. It is amazing, so glad we made the purchase.
