I'm about to move the boys out of the the snap and go..We already have a twin savvy but was wondering if any of you would recommend a different one? Is it easier to have one that is front to back vs. side by side when shopping? I love the snap and go b/c of that but my friend with triplets said hers would fight about sitting in the rear b/c they couldn't see..before I take it out and use it I was wondering what all of you have been using and would recommend.
    TIA!!

I had one (and sold it again). I wasn't impressed with the quality at all (too much plastic in my opinion). I bought a MacLaren Twin Rally instead (mainly for the car and travelling) and I have a Mountain Buggy Urban Double for walks. Check www.albeebaby.com for good prices on lots of strollers.

There are a couple of moms in my local twins playgroup up here that have said they regretted buying a front to back stroller since they can't see each other and one always wants to be in front, etc. I LOVE my twin savvy!

We love our Twin Savvy. The boys think they are on a amusement park ride when they get in it. They start jigging and laughing.

Another twin savvy owner! I think it is great. We also have the graco one where they are front and back and they hate that one. They don't like sitting in the back and the one in the front keeps trying to twist backwards to see the other. So the sbs works best for us! Good luck!

I really like my twin savvy, it can be hard to go through clothing isles but its ok. Personally I hated my tandum stroller, the girls started grabbing for each others hair. Now they hold hands and its ALOT better that way :)

I have a graco duoglider which is front and back. But I also have a side by side umbrella stroller that i'll use for shopping, quick trips, etc. and a side by side jog stroller. What can i say? I'm a stroller whore.

I am a current twin savvy owner and I love it! It is lightweigh - easy to push - small enough to fit in the trunk and have other things in the the trunk. We have gone thorugh a mountain of strollers and here is what I think.

Peg Perego Duette (Pram style). This was great for walking outside. This was terrible for malls or turning. We had the pram style - which meant the wheels didn't turn. It is front to back, but you can turn the seats around so the babies can see eachother. It fills the entire trunk of your car - since the seats themselves don't fold down.

Peg Perego twin tender - ours was a piece of garbage. It was hard to use in the mall. Too long to really get around racks. Filled up the entire trunk of my car. It was o.k. for sidewalks and stuff. I just really wasn't impressed with it. It was hard to push once the child in the front weighed more than 20#. It is easy to open and close. This stroller is horrible for kids who really don't get along. I remember my son was almost three and my daughter was about 1. My son melted down in the store. He was able to reach my daughters hair in the front, grab hold and not let go! She could do nothing! He so tormented her in this stroller. I hate tandem strollers!

Grago duoglider - Hate it! YOu can't easily get the fabric off to wash it (I hate when the fabric gets dirty nasty!). Hard to open and close. Too long to really shop at the mall (can't get around racks - forget Gymboree with this thing!). It is like steering a semi truck - you need lots of room to turn. The only thing I do like about it is that we can snap the infant car seat into it. Once our girls are out of their baby seats I plan to get rid of this thing!

The savvy is way better than any of the above. Ours turns on a dime, light weight, fits into the trunk of the car. There are a few things I don't like (lack of cupholders, those flimsy guardrails in the front), but overall it is the best we have had!

I just got a savvy and so far I love it!! The one thing that I don't like about it is that the seats don't sit all the way up. They recline with a drawstring type thing, so it can be reclined a little or a lot, and that is nice. It's folding feature is great, better than any of the other sbs's that I tried out. It's easy to clean, the seat covers velcro on and off and can be tossed in the washer. It is light, but not as some other sbs's. I'm not sure about the previous poster's savvy that didn't have cup holders, but mine has three across the front for the babies, and a pack that velcros on the handle that has two bottle holders and a zip pouch for keys/cell phone etc. I have the duo glider as well, but since the the twins are bigger they don't do well in it, the one in the back constantly kicks the one in the front. Not to mention the thing weighs a TON!! And now that they have out grown the infant carriers that snapped in it I never use it. HTH!!!
