In my opinion, no. We bought a used one from a friend who had twins for $75 and I am regretting it.

Unless they have changed the design, you can't use the top without the two "bassinet" parts, and I found that both babies rolled to the middle constantly, and would get an arm or leg hung under the bassinet part. If I could use it without the bassinet parts it would rock, but the way it's designed you can't.

I have a regular pack n play that has the bassinet hanging part without the canopy's on it, and it's worked fine for both babies. Yeah, they are too heavy now, but it worked for the first few months.

If I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn't have sprung the $75 for the twin one, just bought a second regular pack n play for "as needed" times :)

    Just my opinion!

I have just the regular Pack n Play with the full size, single bassinet. It's working great for now, but they are already starting to out grow it. It does sag in the middle, so I use sleep possitioners to keep them in place. Otherwise, they roll into each other, toward the middle.

But I used it with my last kiddo. So, I already had it on hand. Now, I'm glad I looked , but didn't buy one of those 'twin' bassinet Pack n Plays. Plus my boys love to be touching. They wake up when I separate them.

I just put one of the cribs i bought at the highest setting in our room. mine are now 11 weeks and are still together. It saved us money and its been great. We also use the sleep positioner to keep them from moving around and bothering the other.

We used the pack n play with the bassinet and they slept in that together for months. It was way cheaper and we definitely got our money out of that one.

We just used the regular PNP with the full bassinet part for the first 12 weeks for so, then we took out the bassient part and used the bottom part for both babies to nap in for several months. We took our PNP on vacation too and used that for both of them together until they were too big to fit together which was around 8 months old (of course, my guys are bit on the smaller side). I never used the changing table accessory...it was just easier to change them on the floor.

I bought it at walmart, set it up and realized it was not worth the money at all. I got one used for 10 bucks that had barely been used with a regular bassinet and just used two sleep positoners. it is totally not worth the money. I thought you would be able to take the bassinets out individually and be able to carry them around, but you can't. Plus it is really bulky and really hard to set up compared to a regular pack and play. You can get tons of used pack and plays off craigslist for really cheap and most of the time they are brand new since people get them and find out that they don't need them or get extra ones to have at grandparents houses and never use them.

I used a regular full-sized crib next to my bed.

We bought a pack-n-play and used the top bassinet part for a few months once they came home from the NICU and it worked perefct!
Then we used the bottom part for nap times until we transitioned to cribs. We use it now for a time out area.
If I were you that's what I would purchase and it would save you $$ and you will get alot of use out of it!

Good Luck on your decission :)

We have the twin pack n play (it was a gift) and it was/is perfect for our situation. Since our bedrooms are upstairs and living/kitchen is on the first level we need a place to put sleepy babies on the first level. We experienced the same thing as other posters regarding the rolling to the middle once the babies put on some weight. They were 5 14 and 6 10 when born and the sagging middle became an issue when they were around 9 lbs. The top rated for a total of 25lbs, but I don't see how it could be safely used with babies that big. Even though we took the bassinet part out, the extra size has been handy since my boy doesn't really like his sister imposing on his sleep space.

The sheets for the twin pack and play are hard to find. We had to order them online and if I remember correctly they were backordered and it took a few extra weeks to receive them. It is also really difficult to get the sheets on and off when using the bassinet portion. I also wanted to have a "mattress pad" for it so I went to the fabric store and bought rubberized flannel and cut it to size (it can be expensive so watch for coupons). We found that we liked cutting the rubberized flannel to size for other purposes as well and it washes up better than the material that other pads are made from. The Velcro on the bibs doesn't seem to stick to it as bad either... which is a huge plus in my opinion.

We have it and we used it in the living room when we were in there, the babies slept in the bassinets well but we used rolled up receiving blankets to keep them from rolling to the middle. We use it now for a "safe station" to put the babies on occasion and it has become a more permanent napping space for both babies. My babies don't like sleeping together, one is super wiggly, but we like that this PnP is very roomy so they can both sleep in it without disturbing each other. We simply don't have room for 2 PnPs.

However, when we bought this we thought it would also be good for travel. It has made the trip once to my mom's and otherwise we haven't done any nights away. It would probably work well for semi-local overnighters (not air travel) but the boys just can't sleep all night together as we had once hoped and dreamed they would. So, essentially, this will probably stay here as a napping station and play yard. Oh, and we take it outside now and then, too, to put the boys in when we are gardening and such.

For our purposes I'm still happy we have one extra large PnP as opposed to one or two small ones.

I got the Arm's Reach co-sleeper NWT on Ebay for about $50 less than buying one from the company. Totally worth it! It has the bassinet part and straps to your bed, so your LOs are right by you when you sleep. And the top bassinet part holds up to 30 lbs, so was fine for both girls until well past when I would leave them in (when they started pulling up, I was worried, they'd fall out). It converts to a PnP type thing and we used it instead of a crib for the next year and a half. Now I'm using it again with my new baby. So glad I have it!

Is it worth it? For us, Yes!

I would have saved the original box though & used the cardboard as extra support under the double bassinette part.
I heard this helps with rolling & sagging.
Extra sheets are really tough to get. Graco no longer offers them & points people to Amazon.
I heard about it before I delivered & got extra sheets ahead of time.
I love how the bottom is much bigger than a standard PnP. The bottom maxes out at a total weight of 30lbs, but
honestly I still put both of them in the bottom for a quick afternoon snooze.
I love that when I travel I am bringing only 1 PnP and not 2 of them.
