Twin discounts?

I had read a post on here a couple of weeks ago about some stores giving discounts for twins. Does anyone know if Walmart offers this? My father gave us a gift card for Christmas to Walmart, and we thougt we might use it on Monday after we find out the sex's. Thank you !

My Walmart doesnt, but babies r us gives a 10% discount and I heard that burlington coat factory, does also.

Some Wal-Marts will as long as you bring up the fact BRU will. They don't want to lose your business and will try to match discounts and prices. We actually got both our local Wal-Mart and Target to give us a 10% twin discount on items over $50 as long as it was 2 identical items. Good luck!

 

That would have been nice to know ... we spent a lot at Target on baby stuff!!! I guess I could have tried to get a twins discount ... eh well.

Yeah, Babies R Us gives a 10 percent discount if you buy 2 of the same piece of equipment (car seats, strollers, etc), but often they will OK the 10 percent discount if you just mention that it's twins and are buying 2 of the same outfits, blankets, etc. Baby Depot in Burlington Coat Factory is supposed to give a 20 percent discount off of the second item if you buy two items that are identical and not on sale ... but when I bought my two JJ Cole Buntings there they gave me 20 percent off of each.

 

www.traditionsfromtheheart.com offers a 10% twin discount on any product! Especially BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!

 

A lot of retail stores will actually....Osh Kosh, carters, and gymboree all will. I say it's worth asking anywhere you go to see if they will. All they can say is no!
