Hello ladies, it is me again. I am at 12 weeks now and everything seems to be going good. I have my second OB appointment next week where I am hoping he will tell me I am in the clear and I can stop worrying soo much. I was wondering if anyone has a site that goes into detail about twin development for each week. I have the book what to expect when you're expecting but most information is for single pregnancies and I'm just curious how my babies are doing throughout the weeks. Thanks so much.

From what I understand, the developement is the same - except it's in two babies! Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

My first pregnancy was with a singleton, and now being pregnant with twins, I was searching for more information as well.
I bought this book, and its great! "When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets or Quads, by Dr. Barbara Luke"
Great book, has a lot of info in there. I am always looking for more information, so I needed something on multiples to feed my brain!
Things are different with this pregnancy then with my first. It is a higher risk, and there is more things to know then with a singleton!
Someone told me to get this book, and I did, and I like it so far! I'm not far ahead of you, I am just about 13 weeks, had my appt today, and they heard the heartbeat again.
    Have you had an US?

I don't know that's it's any different for twins than singletons. You can sign up on Baby center and put your EDD in and it will send you info each week about the development of the fetus.

If you really want a very detailed book on what is happening with your baby on a daily basis, there's a book called the "Pregnancy Journal." You write in your due date and work backwards and end up with the book filled with your specific days. There is a daily entry for your child's development. I had it with my son and have started over with these two and really enjoy it.

Hi, when i found out we were having twins, i rushed to the bookstore to get a book on twin pregnancy as i only had singleton ones. And although the choice is pretty slim, i found a book that i really like, it's called "twins, pregnancy, birth and the first year".HTH :D
