Thank you for the birthday wishes.
Well a summary of the first year......How can I put into words? It has been a blessing although in the beginning all I could think of was when is this going to end but now I wish I could go back to the early times and truly memorize every detail of it. They have been the greatest blessing to mine and my husbands lives. They have changed so much from the early days, our son nicknamed Purple Pain is now the calm cool one and our daughter is now the one who requires immediate attention or she will let you know that she is unhappy with you.

They give the best hugs and kisses and are figuring out the walking part of life. They have crawled and stood and done so many things that I kept wondering oh no are they behind but they are just on their own schedules and I have learned that their schedules are just fine.

I will miss a good part of their days when I return to work at the beginning of January but know that the time I have with them will be all the more special. I loved the year off I had and am thankful that I was able to spend so much time with them.

Attached please find pictures of the coming home December 25th shot and their birthday party from last weekend Dec 15th. They were born at 4lb14oz for my Olivia and 4lb12oz for Joshua and now Olivia is about 23lbs and Joshua is a healthy 25lbs. No problems gaining weight here.

Not sure how much they ate as compared to wear but man did they have a blast smashing it.
