    Hi everyone.
I'm just wondering is there any sleep secrets? I am having troubles sleeping on my sides, I'm tossing and turning all night, just to get comfortable. I have a body pillow which is great, but when I sleep on one side to long it hurts my hips, so I have to flip to the other side, and after a while the same thing. I'm flipping and flopping! I hear a small crack in my hips when I turn from one side to the other too. I also get a pinch sometimes in my lower side of back where it seams like I turn from. What can I do?

I bought a pillow wedge which I found really great to put under my belly so it relieved some of the pressure. I've seen them also where there are two of them and you can lie between. I wish I'd seen that, I'd have definitely got that. I'll see if I can find a link and post it here for you, later.

Other than that, try and fit in some naps to get some more rest. I feel for you, I remember the restlessness well.

I did a quick search and there are quite a few different ones available, just do a Google search for wedge or double wedge pillow, and I also found a pillow under my knee helped with pain and restlessness too.

I have a body pillow that is almost like a j shape, I do have it under my knees and bend and twist it to fit where I need it. I will look into a wedge tho, that's interesting. Last night I had not to bad of a sleep , I slept propped up more at the back and was laying in a somewhat reclining position. I also did some stretches before I went to be. I think I only turned once or twice. So it was better. I'll have to see how the rest of the night go now. Definitely going to start a nightly bed time stretching session tho. Lol thanks for the idea of the wedge tho .

I kept a small pillow between my knees and had a long body pillow on my left side. I kept another couple of pillows on my right side so that I could switch back and forth. I pretty much did that from the halfway point on - switched sides every couple of hours. I now that's probably not what you want to hear but you'll make it through. :) Good luck!

I slept in my recliner, I couldn't even sleep on my side.

I also felt like I would flip from side to side a lot of my pregnancy as well and my hips would hurt too. I liked sleeping with a pillow between my knees and then one under my belly/arm when I was on my side. Hope you find something that works for you.

I slept with pillows against my back, under my stomach and between my legs, but it got to the point even that didn't helo and the last 2+ months I spent in the recliner, it was the only place I could get comfortable! GOOD LUCK!
