Trouble Squared had her babies

I'll let her post her birth story but Addison and Austin were born this morning! She did a fabulous job and they are awesome weights!

Yes, trouble squared is my wife and I was the one that posted last evening.... To say the least, it has been a roller coaster ride. I will let her tell the story, but it will be a few days before she gets home, so I will give the highlights... They were born this morning with a c section. Baby A, our little Addison, is 4 lbs, 8 oz, and Baby B, Austin is 3lbs 14 oz. Both are in the NICU right now, but neither are having any difficulty. Austin is breathing completely on his own now (he had some room air via the nose), and will start feeding tonight or tomorrow morning. Addison is getting room air through the nose and they are weening her off that. Mom is doing great, and is on a mag drip and had a few moriphene drips, but is now on motrin. THere was a lot of things that went on, but honestly, I am pretty tired so I will just let my DW finish this off.

They are SO beautiful!!! I hope their NICU stay is short and uneventful. And might I add what an amazing husband/DADDY you are!! Congratulations!!

Hello Everyone,

First thank you to my awesome Big Sister for spreading the news of their birth. Second, thank you to everyone who posted their congratulations and well wishes!

I just was released from the hospital. As my AMAZING dh posted it was a scary and unexpected ride, but the babies are doing great and I am alive! I will post the birth story in detail in a couple days when I can sit and type more. Now I must conserve my energy for moving around and going back and forth to the hospital.

They never said whether it was Hellp or pre-e, but things went downhill overnight so it was an emergency c/s. I don't want anyone to miss the signs or have to endure what I did so if anyone has any questions before I get around to posting the birth story shoot me a pm.

My due date was March 15.

P.S., I am head over heals in love with my little babies!!!!!
