I'm curious how you all will be trick or treating this year. I'm not sure what we will be doing yet, but probably a combination of driving (to see my parents and my grandmother who is an a nursing home) and then going house to house in our neighborhood afterwards. I'm not sure though if we should attempt walking or have them ride in the wagon. I'm leaning towards the wagon since I know they will get tired of walking, but DH thinks we should just put them in the stroller.

I was thinking of the same thing this morning. I will be going to visit my mil and my dad but after that I think I'll put them in the wagon and go to a few houses on our block. If I can find someone to come with me, we can each take one and let them walk, otherwise I'm going with the wagon.

They don't ride in the wagon a lot so I know they will enjoy being in it instead of their stroller.

We will be driving to different family members houses and then we will be pulling them in the wagon to houses in my IL's neighborhood.

I voted "other" because we live in the sticks, so there are not a lot of houses within walking distance. We're going to head to Royal Oak where my mother lives. All the retailers downtown are having "trick or treating" during the day so we can bring the boys there. We'll probably use the wagon.

We went to MIL's house and BIL's house with the car and then pulled them in the wagon, allowing them to walk up to the door and back to the end of the drive way. :good:

At that age, we used the wagon. It was much easier for the boys to scramble in and out of.

We'll probably use the wagon but we are only going to a couple of houses. Probably our direct neighbors and our BIL's parents live 3 streets over so we will stop by and see them.

We're not doing anything... We don't know anyone in the area and don't even know how many kids live around here.

We will take our wagon along our street and pop over to our neighbors houses that we know:) We're also having friends and their kids over for a potluck. Very excited!

Our church is having a fall festival where we'll have games, candy and a chili cook off (yum!). DH (who is our church's youth pastor) and I are taking the girls, and my sister is bringing her niece. After the chili, we are planning on taking the 3 girls trick or treating in my neighborhood. We'll probably just hit a few houses and will probably take the wagon.

Like last year, we're only trick or treating at a few relatives' houses. I figure the relatives will spoil them so much anyway & it'll be less stress for my husband and me.
