Toys for a 4 month old

My twins are 4 months old and I was wondering if anyone had any good toy selections, they play with thier gym and bumbo and a great toy from Lamaze, it has flowers and you push them and they light up. It is a great toy and they can play with it together. Anyway, I was looking for other suggestions, I feel like they are bored.

Do you have a jumperoo or exersaucer? These were favorites of both of my babies at that age and they still are!

 

Mine liked a bunch of the hanging toys from lamaze - they've used them from the very beginning - first to look at, then to bat at, now to hold, explore the different textures, and to chew on.

 

We use our exasaucers, we have some play keys and one ring with a spatula and spoon. They have some - my first friend stuffed animals they like to watch too. We use the bumbo like someone suggested with a breakfast/bed table and add toys to it. Nevan played with his popper car and Norah grabbed the keys.

 

Mine are 4 1/2 months old and I posted the same question a few days ago because I too feel they are getting bored. Based on suggestions, we started the exersaucer and they LOVE it. But in my opionion, ANYTHING new is good to them.

 

I remember asking this question when my boys were 4 months old..haha this must be a transitional phase for everyone. Definitely the excersaucer! My boys still use them! They also loved their babygym. Do you have one that when you pull on it, it shakes up the string? They got a kick out of that! I also have this toy by Vtech that when you push different things it lights up and sings. I don't remember when they started using that but it was a BIG hit, they still play with it. Really Vtech has alot of great toys!

 

I agree with pps. EXERSAUCERS AND JUMPAROOS are awesome at that age!! Just make sure if you do get them that you really research (in person if possible) the different ones. Some of them are really lame and don't have many interesting things on them and some of them are incredible. Also, BRU has this section which isn't with the other toys (not sure why). In the store by me, it's in the section by the bottles, bath stuff, diaper bags and so on. But they have all these really cute teething toys, toys that play music and light up and many fun kinds of rattles and they are all pretty cheap. from about $2-$8. I got tons of toys from that section and they are still pretty interested in them to this day.
