We have a few toys around for the boys (exersaucer, activity mat, swings) but I'm finding that they're getting bored of them. Anyone have any great toy recommendations for my 4 month olds (adjusted)?

    Thanks!

Anything and everything by Haba! All my babies' all-time favorites have been Haba toys. Here are a couple of the biggest hits:

    triangle

    trix

I actually had to cave and buy a second triangle toy, because they were so in love with it!

I second the Haba recommendation. My girls loved everything we purchased from Haba at that age (still do, actually). We liked the Triangle, also the wooden stacking toy, Kringlering, and the clutching toys. You can get Haba at a lot of places. I like Oompa Toys - they have a good return policy just in case!

My DD loves the Kick and Play piano (Fischer Price?) that attaches to the crib. She also like Tiny Love wind chimes that attach to the play gym. The other things that she really likes is a flower rattle by Haba, a very simple telephone rattle, loooking at small board books, and her bunny head lovey.

Bright starts has good toys, mine have like everything from there we have gotten they especially like thetwisty bug andbop and roll drum. I also think thedrop and giggle looks like funWe have the bounce bounce baby which is like an exercauser. We have a couple of telephones that ring and play music that they both love Good luck. YOu might want to try a second hand store as I have seen some great stuff for cheap.

when my babies were 4 months old, i bought a Sassy toy called illumination station, which is still a hit to this day at 9 months--it's like a ferris wheel with a light up ball when the rattle is moved

also, the bright starts rattle and shake barbell rattle was good as they were learning to pick up and shake, and passed it back and forth from hand to hand--we ended up getting 2 of them!

ETA: here's the links to see them

Our have just in the past few weeks started to grab things deliberately and explore by playing that way.

They both adore a little mirror we have (it's by Sassy). They'll sit for twenty minutes talking to the other baby (their triplet, haha?) in the mirror.

I have some really bright rattly toys that they love, too. I can't remember who makes them.
