Ok, I'm not the fastest but I'm not late. My boy's birthday is Wednesday and I still need to get them something. I have really no clue whats out there. Please share your 2 yr olds favorite stuff and what you would suggest. :icon_biggrin:

    TIA!

Well, I don't have boys and my DD is almost 3, but I thought I'd give a few suggestions anyway.

    - any "Little People" stuff
    - tricycle or bike (My DD got a bike for Christmas when she was 2...it's a "real" bike with training wheels, made for her age. Gramma got it from ToysRus)
    - Learning toys like an age-appropriate 'computer'
    - doctor set
    - a play kitchen...they have grill kinds, which is what I would get for boys :D
    - Lincoln Logs
    - Basketball hoop with balls...that can be raised/lowered

    HTH

Ride-on toys were huge with my boys when they turned two. There are a couple of ride-ons that we bought new and then I just picked them up at yard sales after that. They also became quite interested in toys with pull-strings on them. We have puppy, train, and catapillar pull toys that are still getting a lot of use. Happy Birthday!

Lego Duplos! They have a whole line that includes a fire station, police station, circus, zoo, farm, and then, of course, there are just plain old blocks. We love ours!

My kids love playing with Thomas the train and his friends. They got a few of them for their birthday and they have been playing with them everyday ever since. They also like remote controlled cars from Kid Galaxy. Their control is not perfect but they have alot of fun. Ride-on cars from Radio Flyer were also a big hit. Have a great birthday!

I don't have boys but I also was going to suggest tricycles. I also think that Legos or blocks would be good.

My son loves Thomas the Train! He also loves bats and balls. Another great hit was a lawnmower he got for Easter. Playdough, Cars, Watercolors have been other things he likes to do!

Puzzels, my girls were puzzle fanatics from 20 months to 30 months, now they've kind of stopped doing them, but their cousins and all the neighbor kids run to the puzzle shelf as soon as they enter our house still.
