I am not sure if it is ok for pregnancy - but I am sure if you call your doctor they can tell you over the phone.

Hope it gets better! I have had a lot of teeth problems with this pregnancy. *Grinding my teeth at night isn't helping either*

I don't know for sure, but when I was in the hospital last week they were giving me penicillin like every four to eight hours or so in my IV. I'd ask first though.

I'm not sure if it's safe, but penicillin has a limited shelf-life. So make sure you check the expiration date if the doc OKs it.

I have taken it during pregnancy. Do you have a complete course of it though? You don't want to take less than is recommended. Your best bet would probably be to wait and call your dentist tomorrow. It sounds like something they really need to see you for. I hope you feel better, Lisa

I agree. There shouldn't be any left over because you are always supposed to take all of the antibiotic. Always ask, and definately get in to see someone before the tooth gets worse! Good luck and be careful!
