:D Woohoo, tomorrow! Not for my babies, they are still cooking.... my husband will arrive at 10:40 a.m. My girls and I are freaking out. I am walking around with a silly grin on my face and the minutes can't tick by fast enough. I was up practically all night last night, and I know tonight will be more of the same. My two older daughters had a 1/2 day at school so we are going to the spa this afternoon. I am getting a pedicure and they are getting manicures. Then we will hang up the big banner outside and watch the clock until today is over. Thanks everyone for being so supportive, and for for picking me up a couple of months ago when I was down. It has meant a lot. :a_smil09: Lisa

How exciting!! Personal question if you don't mind -is it going to be hard for you to be intimate with him being as far along as you are?

I think we may have to be a bit creative, but I'm definitely up for the challenge!

Yeaaaaaa Lisa!!!!!! I bet you can't wait to give him a big kiss and hug!!!! Oh, I'm thrilled for you!
Enjoy your time together!!! I see my family usually once a day being here in the hospital and it's hard.
But being away from your husband this long is very hard! Take care :)

That is so exciting!!! I bet you will have trouble sleeping not only for yourself, but for your girls. You will probably have to have a slumber party to keep the sillies contained. I have also watched your ticker, and was getting really happy to see that your DH would be back with you soon. I can't wait to read about how wonderful it was. Have a great day. :yahoo:

I can't sleep, but tonight the sleeplessness is not due to aches and pains, etc. I welcome it- kind of! I spoke with my husband last night and he was in the States again! About 300 military personnel were on a chartered aircraft that landed in Baltimore. Many of them had been traveling for the better part of 22 hours. They were so excited when the pilot came overhead and welcomed them back to American soil! So, he was being taken to a hotel and flying out at around 7:00 this morning. It is really here!

Thanks for all the well wishes, Lisa :D

I am SOOOOO excited for you. I am an army brat and remember how hard it was for me as a child to see my dad come and go especially on long assignmets like the Gulf War and Somalia. I can't imagine how hard it is for a mother and a wife to be apart from her husband, her companion. I always felt so bad for my mom. I praise God along with you because having him come back home must be miraculous and joyous! Enjoy every minute of each other! You deserve it! I'm sure when you see those busses pull in with all the soldiers, specifically your husband, you will be the happiest gal on earth! Oh it's 1040am so it must be just starting now! Enjoy girl!!! and get creative! lol God bless your family and thank your hubby for us for serving this country and fighting for our freedom!

wow, i am so excited for you. Just the thought of enduring what you and your girls have been thru and the uncertainty of it all brings me to tears of happiness for you to have him home.

Well done for baking your babies thru all of this and staying strong for your girls. Kick back and enjoy having your family together to welcome your new girls into the world.

    Thinking of you, tash.
