Tomorrow is the Big Day

Tomorrow is the Girls developmental appt. I am so anxious to see how they are doing, yet I am so stressed about it!! I just want it to be over with already!! I am so afraid they are going to tell me something is wrong. Keep your fingers crossed for us that it goes well!!

After their appt we are going to have dinner with our favorite NICU nurse. I am really excited about that, she is going to be shocked to see that Kaylyn weighs over 18lbs!! I will update tomorrow night when we get home.

Kyrstyn I just noticed this post so I know I'm late but I hope it went okay! Let us know!

 

The appointment went great!!! :yahoo: They are right on track for their adjusted age, and very close to being at their actual age developmentally! They did great on all of their tests, and passed with flying colors. They don't need any kind of therapy, and don't have to be seen again for 9 months! I couldn't be happier! I really feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I have worried about this since they were born, and its so nice to know that they are right on track. Thank you for all of your well wishes and positive thoughts, it definitely paid off!!!

ETA: I almost forogt, Kaylyn weighed 17lbs 12oz and Kylee weighed 16lbs 8oz. They are on the charts for their actual age, and over the 100th percentile for their adjusted age. I have little porkers. And Dinner with Jennifer our favorite NICU nurse was so much fun. We had a great time catching up and spending time with her!!
