Tomorrow is OUR big day....

Well, tomorrow is our big day! :yahoo: My scheduled c-section is at 7:30. The babies will be 1-2 days shy of 38 weeks. The last ultrasound I had (two weeks ago), Baby A weighed in at 5 lbs 8 oz., and Baby B weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz........and this was two weeks ago! Of course, these weights are relative, and can be totally off. But, my doctors decided they needed to take them since Baby B is hogging the food and becoming quite the little chubby! LOL

I am confident that they will come out healthy and happy. I can't wait to meet them and see what they are like. Kind of sad to think that this will be the last day I will ever be pregnant, but at the same time, I am ready for this pregnancy to be over and to move on to the next phase of this journey.

best of luck tomorrow!!! i have a u/s next week and we may be getting the same decision...at the 33 week u/s jack had only gained about a pound in 5 weeks and abbey had gained almost 2, and was outweighing him by 14%...i'm thinking if the gap gets any bigger, they may be coming a week sooner! anyway, prayers and blessings...i hope you have a quick and easy recovery and that your little ones come home with you!

Congratulations on making it to almost 38 weeks! That's phenomenal! I'm only 33 weeks, and I feel like I'm pushing it even now!

Kate & Kali arrived at 8:25 & 8:26 this morning - nearly 14 pounds combined weight. Both are very healthy, content babies. They have been with me all day and are trying to be good little nursers.

I am recovering fine from the c-section, and didn't have any problems with my anemia.

They are such sweet little angels- can't believe I've been blessed with them and this incredible journey.

Pictures will be posted as soon as I can get to it.
