    Well, there was only one!

so, yay! and boo at the same time. lol, having twins again would be a lot of work, but at the same time it is so cool. lol.

The reason they were weird was last u/s there was a subchorionic bleed. and no heartbeat.

The bleed seems to be resolving itself. and there is now a heartbeat. Seems a little slow to me, but they said it was ok? 125bpm?

I'm also even less far along than they thought last time.. 6w3d, lol, I told them if they made it any less I'd have probs with hubby as he's been gone about a month.

Yeah :clapping: congrats on geting to hear the heartbeat and that's there's just one :)
I'm sending some pink dust your way!!
Also, glad to hear that the subchorionic bleed has healed itself, I'm going through that right now and have an appt for an ultra-sound on Wed to see if the bleeed has stopped so, I'm really glad to hear about another success story :)

Congrats! I too kinda wanted to have twins again...But now that my boys are 19 months and I am 3 weeks away from delivering...I'm somewhat relieved in a sad way, that it's one. It would have been amazing to have twins again, but I don't know how I am going to do it with "just" one, let alone two! LOL!

As for the h/b-that was great! At my first u/s-probably around the same time-one baby was 111 and the other was 121(this was with the twins). Then as you get further along, they look for anything 120+ I believe.

Heartbeat is good!! I read it starts out at 80 or 90 beats per minute and picks up 3 beats a day or something like that. And it starts beating sometime between week 6 & 7 usually. So it's fine. When we did my first ultrasound...which only showed one baby at 6 weeks... (ooo..maybe I shouldn't tell you that) the heartbeat was 114 if I remember right. (It wasn't until week 19 that we found out there were actually 2 in there!!)
