Those are great!! Just what I was hoping for. My LOs have their 1st birthday in less than 2 months and I hope they have as much fun with the cake as yours did! Thanks for sharing.

 

No problemo...but the boys were being far to gentle and clean with their cakes so I took the liberty and just smooshing their hands all over it and then taking globs of icing and giving them mohawks and army face paint.

 

Haha, well that explains why your son didn't look too amused in that third picture :lol: It was good that you got cakes that had a lot of different icing colors. We had 2 little cupcakes decorated with a monkey face so the icing was mostly tan/brown, and since they were pretty gentle with them we didn't get great pictures of them being overly messy. Anyway, I hope River and Alexander enjoyed their 1st birthday! See ya in the SY!
