Thomas the Tank Engine Families

Question: How many Thomas the Tank engine trains do your kids have? Seriously, between Christmas and their birthday (which was Jan. 27) all I have lying around my house these days are trains. We are in the process of moving and as I started to pack them up this past weekend, I for the first time truly realized how many we had (so many that I actually counted them all!!) ----> 35 Wooden engines, 29 Take Along ones, LOTS of track and some accessories including the Roundhouse, Cranky the Crane, Lights and Sound Signal, Water Tower, etc...

I am thinking this is a bit excessive for a just turned 3-year-old?!

Please tell me I am not the only one!!

 

Ummm... I'm ashamed to admit this, but I've lost count. I think we have at least 100 wooden ones :FIFblush: Not to mention the buildings, table, track, etc. It's terrible!!!

 

I lucked out .. my boys interest turned to GEOTRAXX by the time they were 2. They love the Thomas videos, but not very interested in the toys. Phew !

 

We are right up there in the 100 neighborhood :icon_eek:
We have wonderful friends who gave us everything, table, trains, bridges etc - we are so thankful!!

 

Nicole, I can't count them, seriously 100s!!!! :blush: John is a fanatic, and now the twins are too! I like to think there are worse things they could be doing.

 

Okay, you gals are making me feel good! Glad to know we are not the only ones!!

 

Wow, I feel so much better now. We have a GeoTrax (thanks to TwinxesMom) and Thomas is everywhere! It isn't that they like Thomas, they just like trains! We have train pillows, train books, train videos (all are Thomas), and we have a safari train, the geo trax, a wooden train set (still in the box right now), and other misc. train stuff.
