We have our anatomy u/s on Wednesday but don't see the doc until next Tuesday so I suspect we might not know results until then. They say plan for 1-1.5 hrs for the u/s, hopefully not all with a full bladder!

Have an ultrasound with the specialist towmorrow! Find out weights and positions of these little boys.. I am 35 weeks and 1 day. Then appt. with my OB on Thursday for cerclage removal! They don't want me going into labor with it in. I did with our set of girls and it tore out.

Hi ladies--I don't have an appt this week but I'm posting here because I posted two months ago on another thread and no one answered! At least this thread was used recently.
I had an appt last week with the high-risk OB and my cervix had shortened by 1cm in 4wks. (at 18wks it was 4.2cm, 22 wks it was 3.2cm) the Dr did not like that and immediately put me on bedrest and progesterone supplementation. I go back on the 12th to see if my cervix is still changing.
Technically 3.2 is still okay because it's above 3cm, but the Dr said that we could not risk another 1cm change this early in the pregnancy. (My ticker says I'm 24wks, but it's wrong, I won't be until Saturday)
Anyone else worried about their cervix??

Just wanted to share that the anatomy ultrasound went great today! The tech was really great and had a playful attitude, which she used when trying to coax the babies into showing her what she need for their pictures. Baby A was a show-off, totally happy to share whatever parts she wanted to see. Baby B was more "shy" and played a bit of hide a seek. It's hard not to wonder if this is an early indicator of their personalities but I really don't want to box them in just yet...

In related news, we now know we are having two boys!!! This is great and i am truly delighted but kinda sad as there will be no girls in this generation of the family - my sister has two boys. At least we'll have lots of hand me downs!

The funny part was at the end, the tech confirmed they got everything they need and I said, so can we get any results? The doc who reviewed the results came out with a cranky attitude and said they don't normally speak to moms with "normal anatomy". I said, okay, that's all I needed to know! Frankly, it's the first time I've been treated as normal this whole pregnancy. It was glorious! (even the cranky part) ;)

I had a 30 week ultrasound yesterday. Both babies are looking great. Our girl - baby B - has moved head down after being breech the entire pregnancy. She is weighing in at about 3 lb 5 oz. Our boy - baby A - is still breech. Hopefully his sister's turn will encourage him to do the same. He is definitely smaller weighing in at about 2 lb 10 oz. But both are looking normal and holding strong in their growth. Fluid is totally normal and my cervix is still nice and long. I did my blood glucose test and am just waiting on the results of that to come back. Fingers crossed - I'm really starting to miss wine so please don't take away my sugar!! Back in two weeks for just an appointment with my Dr., but encouraged by the growth of these little ones. Hoping to go to 37/38 weeks if things keep going smoothly.
