Today was MFM appointment with 32w3d ultrasound/bpp.

A few days ago there was disco marathon worthy fetal movement...turns out Baby B has switched positions from frank breech to transverse. Now Baby A remains vertex and can stretch out and wiggle for the very first time during this pregnancy!

Babies are both 4lbs. 5ozs., cervix is 2.5cm, fluid is good, 68lb. gain total thus far for me, BP creeping up but still good, cannot complain [except for painful stretchmarks...I can complain about those].

If labor starts they will let it ride and not try to stop it. The only appts. from now until birth [knock on wood] are weekly bpps!!! OMG. :shok: Seriously!?!

My hormones are surging and I feel like a rhinoceros ready to charge...must be nature's way of prepping me to be a MOM!!! Yee-hah! Thanks for letting me share. So exciting!

OB appointment at 34w4d for me!

Baby A is still breech, & baby B is vertex. We'll be going ahead with our scheduled C-section on 10 October (37w2d). Fluid levels are okay & saw some hair on Baby A.

Both babies are around 4lbs. 3ozs., so we'll be lucky if the babies are born at 5.5lbs. I've no idea how to eat to get these babies' weight up, so I guess I'll just stick to my cravings & eat healthily. Hopefully these will be underestimations!

I'm still feeling good, but I will not stop complaining about the burning pain up in my left ribs & my stretch marks like jessie. lol.

OB will see me next Friday probably 1 last time before we come together to get those babies out!

 to you jessietrio, we're sort of together in this! you can do it!

I had an OB appointment Monday. Lost 2 lbs, measuring at 26 weeks. Heartrates 150 and 143, everything looks good.

Then I had an ultrasound today and Baby A is 1 lb 1 oz, Baby B is 1 lb 6 oz. Ultrasound tech said they might send me again sooner than 4 weeks since there is a 5 oz difference between the babies but they have both grown a lot since my last u's at 18 weeks. I guess my doctor and/or midwife will be in touch.

I had my appointment yesterday. Both babies looked great. We didn't get to find out baby B's sex as we were hoping, and Baby A was being shy, too, so we didn't get any further confirmation she is a she.

I got my blood work back, and I'm already anemic - which probably explains all the naps and shortness of breath. And my thyroid was "borderline." (For ???). I think the normal range was .2 - 4, and mine was .23. I don't know what this means exactly, but my OB wasn't as concerned about this as the anemia.

The good news is that I finally managed to put on some weight. Yay for eating!

Had ultrasound to check cervix then to the OB then straight to the hospital... grrrr... My cervix went from 3.6cm 2 weeks ago to 1.9 cm today. Went way to short way too fast, so the Ob has me in hosp for observation and is bringing in a Peri to consult. I could be in hosp for the duration, but for sure strict bed rest. Bummer :( at only 26 weeks this is going to be a looooooong road. But I will do anything to keep these babies in and healthy.
