This Friday will mark 32 weeks and I will be having my first NST.

This should be interesting! My Baby A is not a mover at all...hmmmm.

 

I had an appointment today with my peri and got an u/s done!!! Baby A was very low and hard to measure but he weighs 2lb. 8oz. and baby B is a little bigger then his brother weighing 2lb. 14oz. !!!!!!! Both of them are doing great and have good heart rates!!!!!!!

I have my first "big test" this Thurs... They are doing a FfN test... praying it is negative! I have been positive twice before with my singles but never this early. I think my OB is being overly cautious since there are 2. I can not go on bed rest! My cervix has been long at all the u/s so praying this test is also neg. Also get the fun progesterone inj!

 

34 weeks on Thursday! Check-ups are still mundane and routine...I hope they stay that way. Getting a lil tired though, chasing the boys while preggers is hard work :lazy:

 

34 weeks appointment today, measuring 38 weeks, gained 1 lb, babies looked good on their NST as usual, back again in a week... am I done yet? :headbang:

 

30 week appointment on Thursday with BPP and cervical check. Praying that my cervix has not shortened any more!

 

I had my regular OB appointment today and the boys are great! She prescribed me some hb meds because I haven't been able to sleep bc of hb keeping me awake. Other than that everything is good, I only gained two lbs. in two weeks so she said that's good!

 

I had my 36 week checkup on Monday. Dr doesn't want to check me, doesn't want to stir things up. Been in labor twice already, both times it was stopped. I've been 3-4cm and 80% for 3 weeks. Went to L&D last night for contractions/pain/aching etc. Checked my urine, nurse said there was blood in it, says probably a UTI and the cause of the contractions, so they sent me home.
Called Dr office for results this am....they are inconclusive right now. Midwife says the culture takes a full 3 days to grow? Would not prescribe me an antibiotic till they know for sure. Meanwhile, I have a tiny tiny bit of brown blood spotting from my urethra (def NOT from my vagina, I've been extremely vigilant of any changes) She insists that the blood is from my vaginal area. Hoping she is right though, and that this does not turn into a nasty bladder infection, or worse, a kidney infection.

But all my NST have been great, babies are doing wonderful. As of 2 weeks ago, they are 5lb1oz and 5lb7oz. Scheduled section date is Oct 1 (39 weeks!!!) Dr doesn't think I will go that far, but we shall see. I am 36w5d today. I am well past the miserable stage!!!! I'm in agony now, lol.

 

Had my 33 week ultrasound today. It was very reassuring considering they were watching the enlarged ventricles in Baby's A brain. There has been no change in size of the ventricles and the baby's head is growing great....what a relief. Baby A was measuring 4# 12 oz and baby B was 4# 6 oz. Tomorrow I go in for a non stress test and my checkup...

 

My FfN was negative!! I am gonna keep these babies in as long as possible!!!

 

Went in for a checkup yesterday. NST was great. I am having no contractions....which seems odd to me because I had them with my son all the time, but that is a good thing. Scheduled by c section for october 12th. Baby A is breech and B is transverse.

 

YaY! Officially 32 weeks. First NST today proved to be a tad bit challenging. I had to hold a probe on my abdomen for the entire test which lasted 2 hours!!!

Turns out my Baby A who I thought was a rare mover, is actually moving A LOT. She passed the NST right away. Shockingly, Baby B was the reason the test lasted 2 hours. The nurses just said that she is 'not as reactive as they would like'. I was not able to talk with my OB about this and I must admit I am concerned...my assumption is that they would not have let me go home if they had any concern. They will be doing a BPP with the next U/S on Wednesday...hopefully all will look well.
