I have an ultrasound scheduled on 10/31. I will be 8w4d. Can't wait to see how they are doing and hear those precious heart beats!!

 

10/31 – 8w4d – u/s #2
Baby A – measuring 8w5d - 21.2mm HB – 175
Baby B – measuring 8w5d – 21.6mm HB – 168

Dr said they are fraternal... they are on opposite sides of my uterus. Hard to get them both in one picture.

Do you all still think they can be identical? I'm confused with all that stuff you posted... mono di di etc.

 

That's GREAT!!!!

They could still be mono/di if they share a placenta or di/ di but identical and the egg separated early on. When you find out gender, if it's a boy/girl it'definitelyly fraternal, otherwise they'll do DNA tests if they're both the same gender to determine if their fraternal or identical.
