Have an appt/ultrasound on Thursday with the perinatologist, now my main ob due to mono/di twins, and concern of TTTS

 

I have my biophysical profile u/s tomorrow and NST.

 

My first OB appointment is today *praying all is well*

 

All went well! Both heartbeats are in the 150's and everything is going great.

 

Went to my appt yesterday and received some great news...the babies r measuring 13w/13w1d, which is ahead of my due date! so happpyyyy their heartbeats were both 154, and boy were they active during the ultrasound! baby b actually rolled over 3 times during it and they both were kicking and waving their hands. I will have to post my fav pic later, where baby A has his hand open and it looks like he is waving at me (you can see all his little fingers!)

AND FOR THE BEST NEWS!!! We thought we might find out at the appt if they were girls/boys, and at 1st the tech said she couldnt see anything on baby A, but then baby B had his legs wide open...and THEY ARE BOYS!!! Well i should say, she is 95%, she said she is not allowed to say 100% until 14weeks (next appt) <3 So we are very happy...i have had a feeling all along baby B was a boy, and then when we found out they were identical, I knew they both had to be the same, so we are excited! Pics to come later!

Glad everything went so well! I'm having mono/di identical boys too! My pregnancy has been very uneventful so far; hope yours is the same!

I had an appointment yesterday and everything looks good! I'm measuring 41cm, HRs are good, weight and BP is good (although my doctor jokes that my BP is not compatible with life because it's always so low). Just the same old boring routine, but boring is good!

U/S in 2 weeks to see the babies!

 

Hello everyone! I joined a while back but this is my first time posting. First pregnancy.. expecting B/G twins!

Had two appointments this week, one with the Peri, one with the OB. I'm 27 weeks along.
Baby A (boy) is 2lb 11oz and Baby B (girl) is 2 lb 7 oz. Everything with them is great.

My OB is concerned that I gained too much in the past 4 weeks (8lbs). Puts me at a total gain of 26 lbs so far.
I also had the one hour glucose test on Thursday, but I don't know how long it will take to get the results. I tried calling but got sent to a machine

The Peri commented that the babies were big, but didn't seem alarmed about it.. but with the OB now concerned about my weight gain I'm worrying about Gestational Diabetes. I know I won't get called back before they close today... I hate having to worry about it all weekend.
