This Week's Appointments Feb. 14-18

I go see the OB Thursday and plan on having her fill out the forms for me for my short term disability. I am going to work until next Friday and then I'm done. It's getting too hard to reach my supplies and the overtime is getting to me. I can't not work overtime in my position so it's all or nothing for my job right now. I'm good with it though, so hopefully the doctor will agree and make it easy for me.

 

Ok, the doctor was surprised but ok with putting me on "bedrest" since I told her I just can't keep up the pace at work for much longer. I have my last day next Friday. I gained no weight over the last 2 weeks which is fine because I gained 5 pounds in a week last time due to swelling, so I am equalized out now I guess. I measured 39-ish cm (my height strikes again!) and the babies had good heart rates. So, everything went well!

 

I had an appointment yesterday. Nothing exciting; no changes from last week. Still 2cm, 30% effaced, -2 station. No contractions to write home about; just some here and there.

He won't induce me until 40 weeks, so I might be pregnant for at least 2 more weeks. I'm a good baby oven, so I wouldn't be surprised if I made it to my due date. Of course, I'd rather not, but it's not far now!
