Ob appt and u/s thursday. Excited to see my boys again!

My 34 wk OB appt and ultrasound is tomorrow. I also get my first cervix check and am anxious to see if things are holding up well in there.

 

Ultrasound appt went great. Both babies are measuring right on track - one is one lb and the other is one lb one oz!! 23 weeks this week, hard to believe time is flying by so fast!!

 

I have an appt tomorrow 4 a growth scan, and a regular check up...

 

I had my level II ultrasound yesterday. it was my first time seeing the babies moving all about and it was so exciting to see them for 45 mins each! i got a stiff neck from turning to look at the screen, i couldn't take my eyes off them for 1 sec.

the babes are doing great, all of their anatomy checks were normal. so i am thrilled. it was so cool to be able to count fingers and toes. they didn't do a weight algorithm for me but all of their measurements are right on or bigger than expected, each measurement was between 20-21 weeks. I haven't been gaining much weight so that was a real relief to know that they are big. i tried to plug the measurements into the weight algorithm and it looks like they are both about 10 oz. I am so thrilled. I finally feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief now, knowing that so far so good!

 

I had my OB/cervix check today, everything looks good, cervix is 3.7cm.

Tomorrow I have my echocardiogram & growth/fluid check at the peri's office. Busy week!

I hope they tell me the weights this week, I am very curious! Always on my mind

 

36 week appt today! Babies doing great. Breathing on their owngood fluid, good BP, 25 lbs. gained total to date. Baby A breech, Baby B vertex. C-section scheduled for May 14th (38 weeks 2 days) let's see they hold on until then!

 

I went to my 37 week appointment yesterday. I am now dilated to 2, so it is finally happening. My induction was previously scheduled for May 5th, but the doc moved it to the 4th to accommodate his schedule. Fine by me - I am ready to have these babies and the sooner the better! The bummer is that my doc is on vacation this week and next week so I am seeing sometime new. At least my doc was nice enough to set me up with his most trusted colleague before leaving. I just wish I could have my own doc there at delivery. KWIM? After all the time I've invested in seeing him over the past 9 months it would be great if he could be there. Oh well. The important part is that I will soon have my babies in my arms. Can't wait! :banana:

 

I had my weekly appointment yesterday. U/S, OP apt, and NST. Here is how it went.

Now for the good news. My appointment went great. The boys are both almost 6 pounds. I only gained 1 pound. I am closed and not dialating or effacing. But, they are talking about scheduling the c/s for 38 weeks like I wanted. I overheard the OB telling the u/s tech that I would be delivering soon. The NST went great. They were able to find both babies right away and they were nice and reactive. Still breech and facing each other. I am measuring 48 cms.

OH and she did the GBG test also.

 

My appt. this week went good.

My NST was great, BP is 100/60, gained a total of 40 lbs, having some small irregular contractions, and my cervix is dilated to 1...it has been really soft for weeks now. The babies are still A head down and B is breech. I am trying for a vaginal delivery...so I hope B turns. I am so excited to have made it this far but I am so ready to see them and get back to being somewhat normal...LOL!

They have not set a date yet but she said about 38 weeks, so I guess it will not be any longer than about 2-3 weeks!!!

 

I had my regular ob appt on Teusday and doc is advising a c-section. Isabella is transverse with her back down. She will check again morning of my c-section. She is concerned that since she has been breech the whole time and she has the majority of the space in there that she will continue to turn and be breech again. She also will not perform manual aversions anymore, she feels like it is to hard on the babies. Also if I do deliver Jackson vaginaly and end up with a c-section for Isabella I will have to be put under general anesthesia and my husband will not get to see her being born.
I have started to eface and still no dilation, but lost my plug on Teusday. My surgery is scheduled for May 11, 2009!!

 

Had my OB appt yesterday. BP was 140/86. Dr was not concerned though. Protein was +1 but again he was not concerned. Heartrates were 140's and 150's.
Had perinatal appt today!! Both babies are 3#9oz and lookign great. They were practicign breathign on their own and measured perfectly!!! Man I grow soem BIG HEALTHY babies as I am ony 30 weeks!!!!

 

I had my peri appt. on Tuesday and everything looks good. The boys are growing and moving... all the time

I had my OB appt. today and besides me trying to do too much, everything looks good. She measured me and I'm measuring 32 weeks!! I knew I was big, but it was a bit of a shock to hear an actual number put with it

I had a BPP today, both babies passed, both head down. My BP was wonderful, no protein in my urine and I've gained 1.2lbs. I go back on Tuesday for the same...and I've dropped...

 

Had u/s and ob appt today. Cysts on twin a's brain are totally gone! :banana: Twin a is 1 lb 6 oz, measuring 24 wks and twin b is 1lb 4oz measuring 23w6d. I'm 23w2d today, so that was good to see. Cervix is still nice and closed and both boys are moving out of their comfy lil transverse positions they been in the entire time and are more head down now. All in all it was a great appt!
