This Week's Appointments 3/30-4/3

This is our weekly appointment thread for the week of March 30-April 3. Please reply here and let us know any appointments you have this week. Don't forget to come back and update us on how the appointment went. Good luck at all appointments.

 

Weekly BPP on Thursday then weekly OB appointment on Friday

Meet with the OB on Tuesday for GBS test + discuss induction dates & then weekly BPP on Wednesday.

 

Routine appointment & ultrasound with my OB on Tuesday.

 

Just had the growth scan in the morning.
Baby A - vertex and weight 796gm( 1lb10oz) 79%
Baby B - breach and weight 703gm ( 1lb8oz) 62%
the cervix - 4cm
the next appointment in 3 weeks

 

I have my 20 week u/s and anatomy scan on Wednesday. I am praying for unshy babies this time.

 

Routine on Weds. I'm headed over every week now!

 

I have my 18 week ultra sound tomorrow, to check growth, and all that good stuff! Very excited, very nervous too. I am very eager to see them growing properly and NO signs of TTTS. Good thoughts for us please

We also find out the anatomy, but I first just want good news on the health! Then exciting news of what we are having.

Appt is at 8:30am...first thing, since I knew it would be torture to wait all day!

Regular OB appointment and ultrasound check on Wednesday. After this appt I will be going every week!

 

Forgot to write I have the OB appointment on Friday and will ahve FFn test.

 

Non-stress (my first) on Friday to make sure babies are doing okay. If I don't go into labor before, they will induce me on the 7th - i'll be a full 38 weeks! We're in the homestretch!

 

My big U/S is thursday! excited to find out what the lil bugs are! been 5 weeks since my last appt, so i'm totally anxious to see em and make sure everything is ok.

 

I have a routine appt. on Friday. We will set an induction date too.

 

Friday is my routine checkup I'm getting use to it by now lol I go to the doctor every 2 weeks for a schedule ultrasound It's so fun watching my babies grow bi weekly

 

I have an ultrasound and O.B. appt at peri's on Thursday. My mom gets to come and see the babies for the first time!!!

Here's the update at 30 wks:

--Baby A (boy) weighs in at 2 lbs 15 oz, heart rate 160.
--Baby B (girl) weighs in at 3 lbs even, heart rate 156.
--Mama's BP 104/65; nurse said I was spilling a little sugar in my urine, GD test came back well within acceptable range so they aren't too worried. Now measuring 37wks.

All seems well. Babies are both still transverse, although baby girl managed a 180* flip maneuver and is now the opposite direction. Her head is on the left and her feet are on the right. Boy is still head right, feet left. The u/s tech described their positioning as of a yin-yang configuration, facing each other. Trippy.

We got a couple good face profile pics which is nice since they weren't cooperating last time. Wish I could hire my own private traveling sonographer to come to my house when I want to "see" the babies (like, every day, HA). Is there such a service? Now THAT'S an untapped market for sure!

Doctor was appropriately empathetic to my many tales of discomfort but told me to brace myself for more to come...I think the exact quote was, "Well, I'm sorry to say it'll get worse before it gets better." Uhhh, yeah, thanks. Intellectually I know that, but sheeeesh, I just wish I could make this poor ole body comfortable somehow. Oh well, it's part of the package I guess. We're in the homestretch now so I'll just grin and bear it.

Everything went fine at both appts. Girls did great on the BPP this morning.

On Tuesday, my doc did the GBS test and said I was doing so well that he is scheduling my induction for 38 weeks (April 15th)! He said no reason to do anything earlier because I'm doing so well.

My appointment went great yesterday. Both babies were really active and both showed us thier faces (they have been a bit shy the last couple of times).

Baby A has now turned transverse, weighs 1lb 7oz, heart rate 150
Baby B still transverse, weighs 1lb 10oz, heart rate 160
My BP 104/64

They are back to being head to head, with their little heads pointing to my right arm....they look as though they are scheming something up in there!! LOL

BPP's went good, 6/8 for baby a and 8/8 for baby b. OB appt was good as well, BP was 132/70, gained 2lbs, hr 150's for A, 160's for b. I go back next week to do it all again!

 

My OB appointment went well too.
had FFN test they will call on Monday if result is positive.

 

Had an ultrasound on Friday and Jackson weighs in at 5 lbs 1oz and Isabella weighs in at 4lbs 14oz. One more ultrasound to go in 3 weeks. No BPP or NST for me so far. Weekly ob's started last week, I have quite a bit of swelling in hands and feet but bp is good and no protein spilling.
