This Week's Appointments 3/17-21

I have an OBGYN appointment tomorrow, 3/18/2008.

 

Tues OB for NST, Cervix check
Thurs Peri for sono

 

I have an OB apt and NST on Wednesday. We will also be scheduling our next u/s then.

 

I have a 32w ob appointment on Friday

 

Peri appt tomorrow 3/18 for Nuchal Translucency and level 2 us

 

induction scheduled for wednesday march 19th @ 5:30 am

final appt today was ok... cervix did not change even with all those contractions! They said they measured to be 5lbs 10 oz for my little man and 5 lbs 14oz for my girlie. It was a new u/s tech who was very green so not really feeling confident with her work today.

Since there was no change in my cervix they will have to use meds to ripen it and then induce. Oh the joys that are to come. I am still not completely comfortable with wednesday being the day... maybe they need more cooking time and that is why nothing has changed... just worried I guess.

We have an appointment with the Peri tomorrow for our first consult and Level II sono with her (the big anatomy scan!)

I can't believe I'm 19 weeks pg today. It really is just flying by.

 

I have an u/s tomorrow (3/18) and a midwife appt on thu (3/20). am really anxious for tomorrow as I was supposed to have my u/s last friday but ended up in the hospital instead for ptl. am hoping both my girls are a-ok!

 

Tuesday NST and cervix check.

 

Hi Everyone!
I am new here. I have been reading all the useful information that you all are so kind to post but I haven't ever posted anything myself! My husband and I do not have any children and were totally thrilled but scared when we found out we were having twins! I just had my 20 wk level 2 sono today w/the anatomy scan. It was quite long @ 2.5hrs but I enjoyed every minute of it! I was excited to find out the genders of the twins as my whole family as been taking bets! I had a dream quite some time ago that they were both boys and I happened to be RIGHT! So now I have big news to share for Easter with the family this weekend. The tech said that the anatomy scan looked good for both although I have to wait for the full report from the doc. Baby A is 10 oz and Baby B is 11oz. Just wanted to share my good news with everyone. Thank you all in advance for all of your super helpful advice and suggestions regarding everything in the twin world!

 

I have my first perinatal appointment on the 20th-... wondering how it will be different than my obgyn

 

OBGYN visit went well. My babies are fine. I was kind of worried as I just flew back from Nevada on Monday.

I have to go take a Glucose and Anemia test by the end of next week. After my next appointment, at 28 weeks, I will start seeing the doctor every two weeks.

OMG OMG OMG OMG
My girl is now head down and we are a go for vaginal delivery!!!!!!!!!!!
To say I am excited is the understatement of the century!
I also get to drop my blood pressure meds to once a day and off of pelvic rest next week! B)

 

I have an Ob appointment Thursday March 20th. I will be 32 weeks and have my first internal exam to see if anything is going on.

That is awesome. I am hoping for the same news next week from my peri. Baby A is already vertex, and I have a feeling B turned too. (Maybe it is just wishful thinking!)

 

Updated update.
Saw the Peri today. Both are vertex now! We have a green light for labor when ever it should come! Yeah!!!!!!
He even said, IF you are still pregnant next week come on in for an appointment. Both babies look great, no NICU time is predicted!

Today's appointment was great!! I got to see the babies for about 15 minutes since the Technician was trying to get all the measures. Baby b was not cooperating that much so I got see him even more!!! But she was able to get the neck measurements she wanted and the dr. later said they were
both good. I also got to hear the hbs!! 150 and 159.

 

I have a Peri appt. tomorrow 3/21 for another cervix measure and growth study on the girls.

Well DH was running late and for some strange reason there was a ton of traffic mid day, so when we called to tell them we were running late it turned out he couldn’t wait as he had a scheduled c-section… so we turned around… I have weekly appointments set up, so I have one set up for next Friday (a week from today)… and I see my Peri on Monday so I was like, let’s just skip it, see you Friday… and his nurse was very insistent I come in… but I don’t see why… I’m seeing the Peri on Monday… if I wasn’t seeing him then I would agree… but do you think it’s over kill to see both on Monday? And then him again on Friday? If it weren’t for the fact it’s a bit of a drive and we pay for all these appointments (VERY high deductible)I would just go… but for DH to take all this time off isn’t good for business… thoughts…
last time i saw my OB was 3/6
