This Week's Appointments 12/1-5

This is our weekly appointment thread for the week of December 1-5. Please reply here and let us know any appointments you have this week. Don't forget to come back and update us on how the appointment went. Good luck at all appointments.

 

I have an appointment on Wednesday 12/3 for my 22 week checkup!

 

I have an weekly check up on 12/4/08 28 weeks and counting !!

 

I go for the nuchal translucency screening tomorrow, December 2. Can't wait to see the little dudes (dudettes?) again on the sono. :ibiggrin:

 

33 Week Doctor Apt Rescheduled <_< for tomorrow. Waiting impatiently to see if the babies have made any more progress on the cervix!!

 

I had my 21 weekcheckup today. Measuring 24 weeks and babies hbs in the 150s.

 

I have my 29/30 week appointment on the 3rd. I will be having a NST. Not sure what else will be happening. I only have about 3 weeks until I am having these girls!

 

My daughter will be having her 32 week checkup on Wednesday.

 

We went today, to the OB . He wasnt as concerned about their weights as last time, I guess the Peri helped all that. Jillian (A) is 1 lb 7oz and Jasmine (B) is 1lb 15 oz. Back in 2 weeks to OB back in 2 weeks to the Peri! Im never going to want to see a Dr again after this! Not to mention, all along Dr said as long as A is head down we wont have to c section, today he says the bigger baby has to be head down!! I have fear from he** about a c section!

 

Went to the peri today for the full anatomy scan on both the girls and a cervix check. Still says my cervix is measuring great. Said the girls are looking wonderful, fluid levels are good and they both weight the same 13 oz. We also learned Baby A is stubborn and wouldn't cooperate and move when they wanted to look at things. She even stuck her tongue out at the peri! Baby B is a ham and loves being on the u/s screen!

 

Hi ladies,
Had an ob appt today, I am 15 weeks and 1 day. Measuring 18 weeks. Have had some menstrual cramps, so doc checked cervix and all is well. HB's are 144 and 150. I will see the peri again on the 19th of December for my first growth scan, and back to ob on the 22nd before we go to the in-laws for Christmas!

:hug:'s I'm sorry you are fearing a c/s. I had those same fears, and it wasn't too bad. I'm glad things are looking good!

I go on 12/4 for my anatomy scan! Can't wait to find out the genders of our little munchkins!

 

Weekly NST and 35 week OB appmt. on Wednesday. Doc will check my cervix to see of these occasional Braxton Hicks are actually doing anything. So far I haven't been checked for cervix length or dilation at all. But no signs of labor, so I guess I'd rather him stay away from that area. Will update soon...

I have my 23 week growth scan and doppler on Wednesday and sit with the Peri about progress....so keeping my fingers crossed that my little man, and my little girl of course, have grown, grown, grown......

 

Had just a regular OB check today with growth scan. Both babies are 2lb 5oz and they still couldn't 100% confirm that Baby A is a boy, although the tech said she was fairly confident. Measuring 33wks @ 29wks and have gained 29lbs so far...thats just 4lbs in the last two weeks...OMG!! I got to slow it down. Doc said to continue working and everthing I was doing b/f being preggo...except for sex ..still have a complete previa. Overall a good boring appt!!

 

On Friday I have my first official appointment with my new OB! (We had a consult with him a few weeks ago.) I'll be 33w2d.

 

I went to my OB appointment today and ended up in Labor and Delivery all morning and afternoon for contraction monitoring. I was dehydrated, so I got that tended to and after all tests came back good, I was sent on my way and told not to do much but relax for the rest of my pregnancy!

The babies are fine, my one job right now is to keep them in as long as possible. :huh:

 

I have my 28 wk appt tomorrow. Forgot to get my gtt done. I'll get in trouble!! Hee hee! I'll update tomorrow!!

 

Apt update: Went yesterday and no changes Still 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced. Babies looked so big on the ultrasound monitor! Their heads seemed huge! OUCH! They are wrapped around each other: one going over the others body towards the cervix while the other one is head up around the others legs!!! The doc could touch the baby B's head he is so low in my cervix! She said he is "mid station" what ever that means. She said when I go into labor it will be quick! Thats good!! Quick labor is good! Painless would be nice! Now I have an apt for my ultrasound on Monday to see how big they are!

Just got back from my 22 week check up and I am measuring at about 28 weeks. My cervix is closed and firm and the heartbeats are around 140 each. Having Braxton Hicks contractions lately and have gained about 15 pounds so far. I will be 23 weeks tomorrow. Next appointment is in two weeks for a growth u/s and regular ob visit.

Amber had another "quickie" appointment today. She has had sinus the last couple of days and went to her GP yesterday and got a Z pack, and she told her doctor that, so she wanted to check her cervix. She said it was still a long 3.5, and everything looks good! She will returned a week from Friday.

 

Well I just went to my ob i was supposed to go thursday but that had a app come open for today so i took it !!! I am 28w 4days and i am finally seeing light at the end i have been wondering for months just when will they set my section date well today they told me its going to be the first week of feb which puts me 37 weeks as long as the babies agree !! My cervix is nice and long and b/p is good!!!! I am so excited !!

 

I have what I think is my last OB appt. tomorrow before my c-section next week!
I also have an NST tomorrow.

I am sooooo boring. YAY!! :Clap:
Had my NST and the tech came in and asked "are you feeling any cramping, you're having some contractions." I wasn't feeling anything but my belly hardening, but it was painless. I really just thought the babies were pushing each other around. Then went to my OB appointment. Doc checked me and said we are thick and closed. He was able to feel the head of Baby A (our girl, we think) but said that she was not stationed yet. Still more room to grow!! About two more weeks! I can see the finish line!!
