This Week's Appointments 11/19-23

OB appt. and sono on the 21st-hopefully I will get the okay to travel for Thanksgiving-

 

Peri and Growth U/S-Nov. 20th

 

OB appointment on 11/20. Hopefully after losing mucous plug and braxton hicks contractions we will be headed to the hospital.

Had my appointments and everything looks great! My cervix is still very long (which I was worried about because I have been having quite a few BH contractions) and both babies look great... but both of them have flipped! My girl (baby A) is measuring at 2 lbs. 13 oz and is transverse while my boy (Baby B) is measuring at 2 lbs. 15 oz. and is breech. Still have a ways to go but definitely glad both are healthy. Just wanted to share!

 

We had our u/s this morning, 11/20. The peri gave us the "big twins award" for their office. His estimate is 7lbs. 12oz. and 8lbs. 13oz. Oh my gosh! Our c-section is scheduled for next week. He says if they go that long they'll gain another half pound each. Yikes!

 

I had my 25 week appointment (although I am 25 weeks and 5 days) with my peri yesterday for a growth ultrasound. Girl is 1 pound 13 ounces and boy is 2 pounds 4 ounces. Looking good so far... I guess I will keep eating!

 

Not many appointments this week, anyone else or an update on your appt.?

 

I had two appts. on Monday with my O/B and peri. Both went well, peri is confident that they are identical and was really nice about the steps and care we have to do now. I got to hear both heartbeats. Baby A was 162 and Baby B was 158! It was good appts.
