This Week's Appointments 1/14-18

I have my first OB appointment Friday, January 18th. I'm looking forward to seeing my doctor and finally feeling like I'll be getting this pregnancy underway!!

 

I have a peri and ob appt today!

 

OBGYN appointment on Tuesday and twin research study ultrasound on Wednesday. I am hoping they weigh almost 5 1/2 pounds each by now

 

I have my level II u/s on Tuesday at 21 weeks!

I have my OB appointment on Thursday!

Can't wait till tomorrow to see my little guys again!

I feel soooo weird going 2 weeks w/out seeing them…

 

Jan 15. 1 hour glucose test
Jan 16. Ultrasound/ ob appointment/ Rhogam shot

I've got a regular appt on the 16th - but she will give me an unofficial U/S to check heart beats. I can't wait!

 

Level II u/s tomorrow, at 20 weeks ... YAY!

 

Thus Wednesday I have my last peri/NST appointments, at 37 weeks and 1 day. After that, we will probably schedule an induction for after 38 weeks. I'm almost there, I hope everything is still ok. The babies were over 6 pounds last week and I've gotten even bigger!

 

I have an apt. with my OB tomorrow. It will be 23 weeks. We should be scheduling the 1 hr. glucose test and the next u/s.

 

I have a regular ob appt on 1/17. I will be 32w 2d

 

I'll be 24 weeks on Wednesday.

Thursday - reg dr appt.

Friday - Level II ultra sound

 

This weeks appts:

Tuesday 15th: weekly OB checkup
Wednesday 16th: NST
Friday 18th: biweekly u/s for weight/growth/blood flow check
Saturday19th: NST

I think I need frequent flyer miles at the hospital now!

 

Have NST and AFI tomorrow, the 16th (with regular OB).

 

I have a regular ob appt. on Thursday 1/17/08.

 

level 2 us on 1/18...little nervous but glad to see our boys again! it has been a long 2 weeks since we found out what we were having!

 

Any appt. updates????

 

Yesterday was my first appointment with my regular OB. It was great. I love my OB because he has a way about him that allows me to remain calm in the face of what seems to me like a terrible storm. He said the girls are measuring spot on for the age of the pregnancy both measuring 9w1d and the heartbeats look good and strong. He also said that they had implanted high in my uterus which was good since I've had three c-sections their implantation location reduces the likelihood of placenta abruption. Woohoo! :a_smil09: He also told me to get any major travel done between now and the end of May, which will be my 28th week and I'll be required to lie down and put my feet up for 1.5 - 2 hours every afternoon. He told me that by then I'll likely be as big as I was at term with my other three pregnancies YIKES!! The only part about that that makes me sad is that I had been hoping to make a trip to NC to hang with some of my DMB mommy friends and it looks like I won't be able to do that Oh well, my summer will be filled with the anticipation of the arrival of my little girls.

Happily, for me anyway, my OB has plenty of experience delivering twins so I'll get to see him for all of my appointments. It will be so reassuring going to a place where the office staff knows and seems to like me and my doctor knows my whole reproductive history. I'll feel very much at home and well taken care of.

Next step is my first trimester screen in 3 weeks and then my doc again the following week. For me this pregnancy is now underway!!

 

I had a peri appointment yesterday....we are going to start the NST on Monday.....Wish me luck....We will do those every couple of days til I am 26 weeks pregnant...then I go in for HOSPITAL bedrest

Everything looks OK for now.
