Ok - This might be TMI but i am miserable and need some help!

My stomach started getting upset last night and this morning I had diarehea - it has continued all day. It is never alot - just a little bit, but my stomach is cramping real bad like I have to go. Is this ok for the babies? What can I do for relief. I don't think I hate anything bad or out of the ordinary. I did have some milk this mornng that I don't think was refrigerated well - it was sortof warm. But I only drank a few sips.

    any suggestions?

I would say stick to the B R A T diet for 24-48 hours. That is bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Recommended for stomach upsets. Keep hydrated- 7-up, coke, gatorade, powerade. Knock off the dairy products. That is what generally works for our family.

I would keep your OB informed, just to stay on the safe side. Hope you feel better soon!!!!

I feel ya too, chick. Everyone says they get constipated due to the prenatals, being pregnant, etc. and my experience has been the opposite. And I have had serious stomach problems my whole life that seemed to of just went away when I got pregnant!!
I think its the fact that I eat like a healthy human being now, haha.

    thanks!

I woke up about 5 times in the middle of the night due to this issue, and called my doctor this morning after I developed a fever and headaches - they said there is a bug going around and lots of their patients have gotten it. They said 12 women were in the hospital this week for it due to dehydration. After I got off the phone with them, I threw up.

I have felt horrible ALL day... Ugh!
