ok girls - the PT'ing just doesn't seem to be clicking for Ian AT.ALL...he's still peeing in his pants - he'll tell us he has to go, take him to the potty (this happens at daycare) he doesn't go and then 10 minutes later he pees his pants....

do I go back to diapers and wait or do I continue to tough it out...they daycare girls aren't sick of changing him yet but I just don't know what to do at this point....

    :help: :headbang: :gah:

I'd say keep at it awhile longer....Let him see if he can "get it" :) I know it is nervewrecking....but it is a new skill for him. Do you have rubber pants to put on him? that way all you have to change are the underpants...not all the clothes, and it keeps it from getting on the floors and furniture. Just a thought!

( I used those with my older children)

How long has it been? I'm definitely not pt'ing expert, but my girls took 5 and 6 days before they "got it". I was taking them every 1/2 hour and telling them to sit and try until they started telling me they had to go.

Don't beat yourself up.
