This is HARD

I just finished packing the last few things I need to take to my moms house for the new baby as we are going stright there after we leave the hospital. The boys are eatting dinner right now for the last time as a family of 4 and I'm crying as I type this out. I am so excited to meet my new little baby but its hard thinking this is the last time its just us 4. If I'm already balling how on earth am I go to be able to elave my kids at my moms house tonight.

HORMONES SUCK!!!!!!!! After tonight the next time I see my boys I will be introducing the to their baby brother. We will be a family of 5...

I need to pull it together and not let them see me cry.

 

Oh you are so sweet! I know when things "change" at my house I get weepy too, esp. when preggo! good luck today!! Hope all goes well. Remember in about 2 days you wont even remember not being a family of five!

And you are not crazy-I seriously laid in bed last night and got teary eyed thinking of leaving my boys for 5 days while I am in the hospital giving birth as well. And I could picture them leaving and crying calling out for me. I don't think I can take that!

Same here! You stated perfectly what I'm already thinking about for a June delivery.....Hugs to you sweetie.

 

Awwww...I know you won't read this til you are a family of 5, but I understand what you mean. For over six years it was just me, Joe, and Emily. A small family of three. Then in a moment, we were a family of five!! It was just jaw dropping for me, but I wouldn't have it any other way!!

 

Ah, it's OK to cry! Just think, pretty soon you won't be able to imagine ONLY having a family of 4
