I just bought the Pampered Chef Cut 'N Seal sandwich maker...it's a total hit!!! It's only like $9 (if I remember correctly). It cuts the sandwich and looks exactly the same as an uncrustable that you spend too much on in the store...lol! I just gave my girls one with just peanut butter b/c I didn't want the jelly mess...worked great!!!

It's a must have for any kids who don't like crust or if you want to keep the contents of the sandwich contained!

If anyone wants to order one, I am a consultant, just PM me. They are wonderful for grilled cheese or any kind of sandwich. I have 2 because I cannot keep them clean. We use it at least once a day.

I have one and love it also. If you don't have one you can use a large cup. You just have to press really hard and twist at the same time. This is what I used before I got my sandwich maker.

That is neat! I wonder if it would work with meat & cheese in the sandwich?

I bet it would. It works with grilled cheese (I've cut the sandwhich before grilling it b/c it's easier to crimp together when the bread is soft). Now, if ther ewas like 6 pieces of meat in there, it probably wouldn't work, but just a small sandwich for kids with a few slices, I bet it would work. Now I'm going to have to try it!

It is a neat idea to get kids to eat. But what a waste of food! My kids must learn to eat crust and eat skin on apples. they waste so much food on their own that this seems ridiculous to me.
