they're getting smarter every day

    we use a mat against the wall for time outs. both girls know they need to stay on the mat for their time out. while tonight, Danika was in time out & really, really, really ticked about it because from where she was she couldn't see me, DH or Riley. so she picked up the mat moved it down the hall & sat back on it. :blink: :laughing: i am in so much trouble. :faint:

    Rachel, my DD does this all the time. She picks her own TO spot and puts herself in TO even when she is not in trouble. Or she tells me, "That's it, I'm going to my bed" and she marches her little self upstairs. I just have to laugh at her because I think sometimes she just does it when we (me, DH, and DS) are getting on her nerves.
