Hi all!! I went to the Dr. for my 32 week checkup yesterday and saw that both babies flipped into the wrong position (after they've been in the right one for soooo long). :( Baby A's butt is on my cervix and Baby B is completely transverse. What in the world? Just last week they were both head down!!! So frustrating. I was surfing the net and found lots of "home remedies" to aid them in turning head-down again. I also went to the chiropractor this morning...he really thinks he can help with this. I am scared to death of a c-section, but more just bummed because my husband has a very weak stomach and passes out at the smallest thing. Most likely if I have a c-section he won't be in there with me. He'd be on the floor. Bummer!

So I'm curious...Did you do anything to help position the babies for vaginal delivery? What did you do or what websites did you use? What week did your babies slip to the head-down position? I was on spinningbabies.com last night and will be trying some of the stuff they suggest on there. ....even words of encouragement would help. :) Thanks!!

My duo kept on turning up until the week they were born...I have no idea how, but it was happening! I was having scans every 2 weeks and each time I went they were both a different way. Keep positive, talk to them and tell them to do what is best! HAHA!

spinning babies is awesome. Make sure to stay away from recliners, they alter your body's gravity in a way that makes babies more likely to be breech. Also you can use a vibrating tooth brush on the bottom of your belly to attract them head down.

I tried handstands in the shallow end of the pool (with help), headphones with music 'down there', a flashlight up near the top of my uterus, gently encouraging them to flip verbally, imagining them flipping, gentle massage... Unfortunately my boys were in the breech/transverse position the whole time.

I'm sorry to say mine never cooperated, but you've got a good shot at it, I think, b/c your babies were positioned correctly.

Also, if DH is super squeamish, can he go in after they've got the draping up? If you do end up with a c/s.

My second (a singleton) was flipping every single day right up until the end. They finally scheduled me for a c/s and he flipped the night before so they induced me instead. I did not do anything, he just moved on his own. He had spent much of the pregnancy transverse (which was very uncomfortable), and in the last two weeks he just flipped up and down over and over. Don't give up hope!
