I don't know if it is because I am older now or what - but these two babies just crack me up! The make me laugh so hard sometimes I cry!

Yesterday, I was nursing our lazy baby while our active baby was sitting next to us playing. Active baby is a thumb sucker so she was having a hard time deciding if she wanted to suck her thumb or play with that hand. Being the good multi-tasker that she is - she realized that her twin had a thumb free. She so, my active baby was sucking on the thumb of the baby who was nursing. I couldn't help but laugh at that!

Today - they got their first taste of McDonalds (I know - I am a bad dietitian mommy). The each have a french fry. Well - they loved them. Thus, they both realized that the other one had a french fry - so while trying to cram their own fry in their face the both try to pry the fry from the other ones mouth - it was so cute!

What do your twins do that crack you up! I would love to hear the stories!

Nuggests are a big hit here as well!
The cutest thing they do is that they have recently discovered the cabinet that I keep all they're Gerber Graduates snacks in. They have actually figured out how to open the cabinet and get out what they want. They even open the lid (the blue lid - hard for parents to get off) with their teeth and then shake the container till they spill out all over the floor. Literally, they just sit there like little puppies eating off the floor! The first time they did it, I was so shocked and tickled that I ran and got the video camera...instead of stopping them from eating off the floor. I really need to step up my babyproofing :D . Proves my point that men always find a way to get what they want.

That is such a cute story and very ironic that you posted this today! I was sitting on the bed with mine tonight just laughing at them and loving that I was laughing at them!! After the last bottle and before bed I bring them up to my bed and strip them down to their diaper. They go crazy...laughing over abslutely nothing and babbling away. All I have to do is look at them and they crack up. This is by far my favorite time of day!

I have a good one! Today, I was feeding the babies lunch (prunes with apples) and Nevan grabbed my hand. I wound up missing Norah's mouth and caught her cheek. Well he takes one look and LICKS her from chin to eye! He does his Mmmmm face and tries to lick her again!

I think its so cute sharing thumbs!

Great stories Angel, I had a good laugh. :)

Liberty did one of the cutest things today. We've been teaching body parts and I asked Liberty to show me my nose, so instead of touching my nose she leaned over and sucked on it. :) I couldn't believe it, I wasn't sure to laugh or be grossed out.

Your stories are so cute! I like to sit the girls up in their Boppy's facing eachother to play. One day I walked into the kitchen and heard Ainsley cracking up; Annika was tickling her foot - probably not on purpose at first, but then she figured out the connection. It was hilarious! Of course, as soon as I grab the video camera, they'd moved on to something else...

That is one of the best times for my boys too. After their bath and before bed, I give them a few minutes to play in the family room and they usually are just in their daiper. They get all giggly and love to roll under their play gym. It is so funny!

This happened a while ago, but I still laugh just thinking about it.

Ava had just learned to give "kisses," which basically meant that she'd press a big, wet, open mouth against my cheek and scream. Well, one morning, I had put both of them in one crib while I went to get a fresh sheet for the other one. When I left the room I heard Ellie laughing--one of those big, loud belly laughs that just melts your heart. I peeked around the corner and saw Ellie laying on her back in the crib with Ava bent over her tummy. She was "kissing" her tummy--she'd bend down with her wide open mouth and scream into Ellie's belly, then stand up to admire how much giggling she'd caused, and back down again. Ellie laughed so hard I thought she was going to hyperventilate. It's moments like this and all the other PPs that make us forget about sleepless nights and endless dirty diapers.

Mine like to share hands too... but it isnt intentional yet ... just whenever her sisters' hand gets close they will suck on it 'cause its there! I love the sharing thumbs story!! My active baby is also a thumb sucker.... that is if she can find it and keep it in her mouth!!

The best was when I heard some strange sucking noises coming from the crib (babies around 5 wks) and Alyssa was sucking the back of Ashley's head!! Ashley didnt seem to mind a bit as all the hair on one side of her head had been sucked and was sticking straight out!!
