    Hi all,

I'm so happy to announce that our little ones arrived on their own terms in advance of their Friday induction date. They were born on Wednesday, June 13. Baby girl weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz., and baby boy was a whopping 8 pounds. It was a vaginal delivery, my first delivery. They are beautiful and healthy and amazing.

I am a somewhat different story. I have a fourth degree tear from my vagina to my rectum. I also have a bad complication, I believe the name is pubic synthesis. It is rare. Essentially, my pelvic or pubic bones separated from each other and or cartilage during delivery. I can barely walk and need a walker. I can't pick up the babies or carry them or roll over in bed. I'm very emotional and worried about how to take care of these babies given my physical state. I'm also trying to figure out breastfeeding. Apparently this could take weeks or months to heal.

I'll write a happier update and birth story soon, but wanted to post this and let you all know they're here. Thx for all of your support and encouragement.
