The twin bond (funny story)

Last night, DD was crying. (they've been sick since Christmas so this was not unusual) I go in and she wanted medicine. Nope. ( I truly have a medicine junky now - but she has only gotten it when she's needed it - ear infection) I did give her some honey to help with her cough and made it seem like medicine to stop the crying.
Well, the crying didn't stop. I asked her why she was crying (sometimes she says that she doesn't know).

me: Why are you crying?

DD: "Clayton's asleep" (Clayton has a fever and that just knocks him out.)

me: Clayton is sleeping. You should be too.

Normally the two of them 'have a party' after they go to bed, so I guess she was missing that.

 

I am sorry that they are sick and you are going through that. That is a very funny story! The things that they come up with!

Thank you! He is 9 months old today! Can't get enough pictures of him. He is such a HAM! Oh, and if you look close, you can see his two teeth! See attached photo!

 

That's one of those moments you either go :nea: or :wub: :laughing: LOL!! Kinda sweet that she was missing her party before bed!! :lol:

 

Oh, what a sweet story! It's so awesome to see them becoming best buddies.

And WOW, Evan is so cute! :wub:

 

So precious-- it melts my heart! Hope you are all feeling better soon... Christmas was almost a month away (as if I need to remind you!). That's a long time to have sick little ones. :hug:

 

I so :wub: those moments. Especially when they are being "missed" and not "acted out"! Poor things, I hope Clayton is better now!
