If you suddenly lost your eyesight, what would be the thing you would miss seeing the most?

My family hands down. I would miss many things, art being one of them because I am an artist, but as I laughed and laughed at some of the pictures of my kids the other night, I realize I would be devastated not to see them every day.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met? How did it happen?

Pam Anderson. I had a friend who did massage for The Palace ( a music venue here) and she called me one day because Pam wanted a Pedicure ( she was dating Kid Rock at the time and he lives near me, and I used to do nails) So I got to go to Kid Rocks house and do her nails. I did it a few more times then they broke up. She was actually very cool in real life.

If given a choice, how would you choose to die? How would you not want to die?

In my sleep after the best day I could imagine with my family. I am terrified of planes and fires.

If you could go to college or go again what would you study?

    forensics

I was or would have been voted most like to what in high school?

Oh man that is a loaded question. I was crazy in high school and out for a long time. Till I got preg with my daughter actually. I was a hippie who traveled across the country and lived in communes. You do the math ;)

Which do you value most? Sight or speech?

sight hands down. I could find other ways to communicate, but sight is taking away something that allows me to see things in a way that is sometimes without words.

If your house were on fire what three things (not people) would you want to save?

I really can't think of anything. My artwork I guess. But other than that I can replace things.

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you parents want you to be?

    an artist. Anything but.

If you had to go to prison for a year what do you imagine would be the hardest part of the experience?

being caged in. I am terrified of being trapped. That would be the ultimate trap. I love my freedom.

My mom said that I'm a great mom. :)

What is your favorite city? Why?
Asheville, NC because it feels like home there. I miss living there, and I know I'll live there again someday.

Where do you go or what do you do when life gets to heavy for you?
    I run

When you were growing up who was the neighborhood bully? What made that person so scary?
A boy named Simon. He was weird and mean. Several years later he murdered two people. :(

That is incredible. I totally envy that you did something that cool, and did it alone. I would love to do something like that. Its funny how at one time I would have but now I am not so daring. It's weird how children make you so aware of danger that you wouldn't have before. Anyhow, that is VERY VERY cool.

People might be surprised to find out that I... I am an only child and always said if I had children they wouldn't be.

If you suddenly lost your eyesight, what would be the thing you would miss seeing the most? My children.

My number two career choice would be? A real estate agent. I love looking at houses and setting my own hours would be a nice bonus, too.

I am most like my mom in that I? I am the spitting image of her.

I wish before I had gotten married someone would have told me? Start how you intend to go on. If you don't train them in the honeymoon phase there is no hope later.

What was your best dream? That I had triplet girls in a few years.

If you could leave the world one piece of advice what would it be? Children grow up in the blink of an eye and there is no going back. Make the time to enjoy every second of it because before you know it they will be all grown up.

What one thing would you like your obituary to say about you and why? That I was a good mom as that is what I most aspire to be.

When you were a child what was your favorite time or day of the week or year and why? 4pm. It's when my grandfather came to walk me home from elementary.

In general people worry to much about? The small things that no one will remember in 10 years.

What day of your life would you most like to relive and why?
I would love to relive the birth of my babies and not have it be an emergency. I was given meds during the c-section that made me loopy I don't even remember my husband showing me the babies.
I was or would have been voted most like to what in high school?
I was voted biggest flirt in high school.
My number two career choice would be?
I would be a childhood nutritionist. I have seen too many obese children in my school people need help.
If you could leave the world one piece of advice what would it be?
Cherish every moment. Life moves fast and it is easy to get caught up in things. Keep in mind what is important and make time to focus on it everyday.
What is your favorite city? Why?
Las Vegas, Nevada, it's the happiest place on Earth! I love everthing about it, it's shiny and bright, fun, and there is soooo much to do. Plus it is so close to the beautiful amazing Grand Canyon. The weather doesn't hurt either.
Who was the best boss you ever had and why?
My husband. I had worked in my job for five years with three different bosses who were incredibly horrible, disorganized, and basically worthless. Finally my husband who already worked for the same company moved up the ranks and took over for my boss. Now I actually have someone I can count on working with me.

If money were no problem and you could choose one place to travel for a week, where would it be and why?
Figi, Bora Bora, because it looks absolutely amazing!

If you could leave the world one piece of advice what would it be?
Work to live your life with your family and friends, don't life your life to work.

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you parents want you to be?
I wanted to be a lawyer and my parents wanted me to be whatever made me happy. I did both!

If you could choose one way to do your wedding (parachuting while reciting your vows, holding the service underwater, et cetera) what would it be?
On a beach. A destination wedding, but in reality I loved my wedding and if I had to do it again would do it the same way. A big party for all my family and friends. It was great!

what day of your life would you most like to relive?
There are a couple and in this order:
    1) The birth of my children...not that it was a pleasant experience but the best day of my life.
    2) My wedding day. It was truly amazing and I loved every minute of it. I would love to do it all over again
    3) The day I argued in front of the Supreme Court in my state. It was probably the highlight of my career so far, and one of the most stressful yet exhilarating and proud experiences of my life.
    4) The day my babies first smiled at me.
    5) A random day in college, where I was just hanging out and enjoying life without the stress of work, family and everything else.
    6) A Saturday night when my dad and i would rent movies and eat chips with french onion dip. Then I would give him a makeover. Why he let me do that I don't know.

What is your favorite movie and why?
It's a Wonderful Life. It just warms me up inside!

If money were no problem and you could choose one place to travel for a week, where would it be and why?
I can't decide. Maybe Vegas, where I would avoid casinos, eat in designer restaurants, and see Tom Jones in concert as often as possible.
I'd love to go to Tahiti, BoraBora, Fiji, Bali, New Zealand... but I'd need more than one week...
Disneyworld is also at the top of my list... not at all for me, but to make my kiddos happy.

Who is your number one advisor in life and why?
    My DH

If you suddenly lost your eyesight, what would be the thing you would miss seeing the most?
    The faces of my children!

My favorite way to waste time is...

What were the circumstances that surrounded your first kiss?
I went to a school dance with a boy and he kissed me at my door. I was so shocked and flabbergasted that I thought I was going to throw up!

What do you miss most about childhood?
    No responsibility

If given a choice, how would you choose to die? How would you not want to die?
After seeing a grandfather suffer from Alzheimer's, and a grandmother who is now 90 with limited mental capacity... I just want to die with my wits about me. I'd prefer to be older (old enough to see me children settled into happy, stable adulthood).

What is your biggest fear about death?
I fear dying when my children are still young

If you could go to college or go again what would you study?
    maybe anthropology or archeology?

My number two career choice would be?
    archeologist

I have never quite gotten the hang of?
cooking - I enjoy it, but don't feel like I have the knack for it

What are a couple of things you remember about your grandparents?
I remember my grandmother (the one who is now 90) teaching me how to swing on willow branches over a pond. I am the oldest grandchild (of 19), and was the only one with this fun experience with my Busia!

What does your name mean? Why were you named that?
I think Jessica means wealthy in Hebrew? My dad picked the name when my mother was unconscious after my birth.

    What was your best dream?
When I was 19, my best friend died of Hodgkin's Disease. Shortly after her death, I had a dream that she was saying goodbye to me, and telling me that she was moving on to a better place. She was happy and healthy-looking. I woke up feeling at peace about her death.

What was the best gift you ever received as a child?
My cocker spaniel Freckles when I was 10

What is the nicest thing anyone ever said about you?
When I was in college, an old man told me I had Bedouin Eyes. Also, when I was in Paris, at Pere Lachaise cemetary checking out Jim Morrison's grave, one of the groupies (presumably quite stoned) got up and followed me around for a while, repeatedly telling me I was beautiful. That was fun.

When you were growing up who was the neighborhood bully? What made that person so scary?
The neighbor boy used to throw things into our pool - rocks, knives, his sister's diary... he later murdered his father!

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up? What did you parents want you to be?
    Veterinarian... Doctor

The most useless thing in my house is.... But its still there because...
My unused front room (sitting/living room). It's not connected to the flow of the house, so we rarely go in there! It's still there because we would rather just move than completely rebuild this house!

In general people worry to much about?
Politics. It seems like day-to-day life is rarely affected by changes in policy or politicians...

What is your favorite movie and why?
The Princess Bride. Comedy, action, romance…….what’s not to love?! I especially love the part at the end where the Priest is getting ready to marry Princess Buttercup and Prince Humperdink. I love his speech on marriage.

If money were no problem and you could choose one place to travel for a week, where would it be and why?
I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii and visit the Polynesian Cultural Center.

What do you miss most about childhood?
    Being so carefree.

What is your biggest fear about death?
Not being able to raise my children.

What's the smallest space you've lived in and what was it like?
Our first apartment as newlyweds. The kitchen was so small that it didn’t even have a full sized oven that a regular cookie sheet would fit in. (TMI) Whenever we’d sit down to use the toilet our legs would hit the sink directly in front of us and even though DH is only 5 ’10 he’d have to duck down to use the shower. Aaaahhh, good times!! lol

I was or would have been voted most like to what in high school?
I was voted most likely to be on a Cheerios commercial. I ran track and before each meet I would give every member of the team one Cheerio for luck. Cheesy, huh?! If I missed giving someone their Cheerio though they would come to me to collect one.

I have never quite gotten the hang of?
Crocheting. My mom tried to show me how to do the edge of a blanket while I was on bedrest in the hospital with my first DD. Eventually my SIL (who also had never crocheted) took the blanket home and finished it since I never could quite pick up on the skill.

I am all a bundle of nerves when it comes?
    Public speaking.

What was your first job, and what do you remember about it most?
I did some transplanting in a greenhouse that my grandpa owned when I was 14. It was always so hot and humid inside the greenhouse and I would have to stand for hours at a time transplanting the plants into new containers. The faster I was the more money I’d make since we were paid by the container.

    What was your best dream?
My twin's father was still alive.

If you could leave the world one piece of advice what would it be?
Learn unconditional love. Don't tell someone you love them unless you mean it unconditionally.

If you could have a worldwide reputation of being something what would that look like?
    A stand-up chick and a rad mother.

If you had to go to prison for a year what do you imagine would be the hardest part of the experience?

What were the circumstances that surrounded your first kiss?
My High School boyfriend was dropping me off at my house in his Camaro, and The song "Kiss me, I'll Kiss you back" came on the radio. He kissed me, I kissed him back.

If you could go to college or go again what would you study?
Finance/Stock trading, something like that, so I could make more money.

I was or would have been voted most like to what in high school?
In high school I was voted "Most Intelligent". Man, did I have them fooled.

I wish before I had gotten married someone would have told me?
To just live with someone before tying the knot.

What was the best gift you ever received as a child?
The only thing I ever wanted was twin cabbage patch kids. I got them one year for christmas. Funny thing is, so did my cousin. We both now have twins :)

What is the worst thing your brother or sister did to you as a child?
My sister pulled my pants down in front of one of my boyfriends once! She got in tons of trouble. I find it kind of funny now, but at the time I was mortalized.

If your house were on fire what three things (not people) would you want to save?
My laptop, it has all our family photos on it, as well as my music collection, financial records, etc. My purse, because it has my Ipod, cell phone, and wallet in it. Other than that, hmmm, nto really sure, maybe some old photo albums.

The boss I have right now. He supports me in all my decisions and has been very good to me, especially after the birth of my twins.

If you could choose one way to do your wedding (parachuting while reciting your vows, holding the service underwater, et cetera) what would it be?
If I could do my wedding over, the ceremony would be very small, with just DH and I and maybe 5 others, then we would have a huge blow out reception with an open bar!

If money were no problem and you could choose one place to travel for a week, where would it be and why?
Europe. I have on numerous occasions had opportunities to go, but something has always taken presidence. I would love to finally get there and see all the sites. My dad's family is french and it would be awesome to go to the french countryside.

You have three wishes what would you wish for?
Money, money, money... just kidding! Money to pay off all bills for myself and my extended family members with enough to buy the things we need without concern and even some of the things we want, my blended family to get along perfectly, the car of my dreams

My favorite way to waste time is...
on the computer, either on the internet, shopping, or else playing SIMS...LOL

What is the worse storm or disaster you have been in? What was it like?
In 1980, I was in Washington State when Mt. St. Helens erupted. I was at my aunts house with my dad and brother... mom was at home as she was suppose to go to work. It was a Sunday, and it never did become really daylight. When it finally reached us, the ash fell from the sky like snow. It was completely silent. Not like winter, I mean... silent. We had to cover our faces to keep from breathing it in. My dad said it was extremely slippery to drive in. My mom had gone to church and went home afterward instead of work as the ash was falling already. She had to stop every few blocks to wipe off her windshield because the ash was so heavy, the wipers wouldn't clean it! It took days to clear up the roads and they eventually said it was safe to wash the ash into the soil... we had the best garden that year. EVERYTHING grew big and tasty... Amazing how God works!

My number two career choice would be?
    an actess!

What does your name mean? Why were you named that?
Tammy by the baby book name I have means sweetheart. I was named Tammy after the Tammy movies. My dad was a huge fan of the movies and when I was born he asked my mom if it would be alright to name me that. She agreed if she could name the next one.

If you could raise one person from the dead who would you raise and why?
My maternal grandmother. She passed in 2001 from cancer. She loved all my children so much, it breaks my heart that she hasn't got to meet the twins. They would have been so loved by her. She was more like a mom to me, than a grandma. I miss her so much.
(I would want to raise my paternal grandfather, too. He passed before any of my children were born. I would love him to meet them. Stefan is named after him (Philip) and Molly is named after his sister (Eudora).)

If you could choose one way to do your wedding (parachuting while reciting your vows, holding the service underwater, et cetera) what would it be?
A medival wedding theme.. even with a horse and carriage!

Break your life into three equal segments. What was the most significant event from each of these?
    1) My parent's divorce
    2) My first DD's birth
    3) Marrying DH and having the twins

One of my biggest pet peeves is? - People that eat too loud and with their mouth open.

What do you miss most about childhood? - How carefree it was - no responsibilities. Though I was still the type even then to always find something to worry about.

If you could go to college or go again what would you study? - Anything other than accounting. I hated my major the whole way through, but stuck with it because it was practical and so am I. I hated most jobs I've had in the field too. I sometimes think being a Pharmacist would be a cool job - interesting, good pay, could be flexible...but I'm pretty woozy when it comes to anything medical.

Describe the most boring day/event/period of time you can think of. - I worked for a temp agency one summer in college. They placed me in an office where I was the receptionist. But I hardly ever had anything to do. I finally started bringing books to read and would get so annoyed when the phone would ring and interrupt me. I got a lot of reading done that summer!

My number two career choice would be? Always loved Real Estate. I love looking at houses, and peeking in peoples windows when I'm out walking or running. I especially love looking at new model homes. I think my dream job would be one of those salespeople that helps people decide on how to design the inside of their new homes they are building. I've considered taking RE classes, but not sure how I could start something new and on my own with the babies at this time. Figured it could be a nice fit though for my love of RE and my finance background.

Next year will look better to me because? We plan to go to Hilton Head (I'm hoping). We used to go every year, it's my favorite place to go. We didn't go last year since we were in the middle of IVF or this year because the babies are too young. I'm really hoping to take the babies there next year, even though we should not be spending $ on vacations these days. I could really use one though!

I am most like my mom in that I? I look lilke her. I hear it all the time, so I'm sort of hoping my daughter will look like me. Started out that way, but now she's looking more and more like her daddy.

I am most like my dad in that I? Obsess about the little things, hard working (because we can't let the little things go), very analytical, and always having to be in control of things.

I have never quite gotten the hang of? Cooking. I don't hate it and I'm not awful at it...but meal planning/food shopping/ actually having decent dinners made during the week - doesn't happen much. I always got home from work late, so my husband - who is the better cook - usually made dinner. I'm really going to work at changing this now. It's the biggest part of being a SAHM I haven't adapted to yet.

What are a couple of things you remember about your grandparents? They were the cutest couple ever, born a week apart from each other and married for 57 years until my grandpa died 2 years ago. Individually they were the cutest too - my grandpa was great with kids and played with us all the time. I remember we always went to breakfast with them when we were younger and he'd draw funny faces on the placemats with crayon and say they were "mommy" or give them funny names. When I got older and started driving, he'd always sneak some cash under the sunvisor and he'd send funny cards with cute messages in them.

If you could raise one person from the dead who would you raise and why? clearly, my Grandpa. I think he's a big part of why I have my babies now. He died of lung cancer, it was the worst thing I ever saw. He could barely see or talk, but would still ask how the baby situation was going. I would say, not yet. And he would say, it will happen...it will happen...I would love for him to get to see them and hold them now.

Where do you go or what do you do when life gets to heavy for you? running

What was your first job, and what do you remember about it most? I worked at Kmart. Sometimes I had to announce the blue light specials and at first I was so embarrassed. After I'd been there awhile and was older (worked there through part of college too), I just found it funny.

I suspect that behind my back people say (blank) because? I obsess too much over keeping my twins on a schedule...but this is coming from people who've only had one baby at a time. Like I always say, unless you have twins yourself, you will never understand.
