The funniest thing happened today!

Both my girls love to play with my purse, I tell you they are girls through and through! Well, Leighanna with my purse over her shoulder looks at me waves and says bye bye, so I say bye bye back. She then turns around and walks to our back door and started banging on it. I walk back there to see exactly what she was doing and low and behold I find her in my snow boots hanging on to my purse wanting out! Luckily enough she was so determined to leave I was able to get my camera and snap a picture, the whole time laughing my butt off.

Bye bye mama, I'm going shopping!!!

 

Hilarious! She does look determined! Wonder in her little mind, where she had planned on going!

Every time I look at that picture or think about what she did I laughing my butt off! I swear that was the highlight of my day! I did ask her where she thought she was going and all I got was gibberish, go figure. I would totally love to know what goes on in their little heads.

Both of my girls love to get a purse or bag of any kind, put it on the arm, and say "bye-bye". They will also walk to the door, but then they usually come back when we don't follow them. I think it is so cute!

Nick is currently obsessed with boots and shoes of any kind. Yesterday he demanded that I put on my knee-high leather boots. I tried to explain to him that I didn't need shoes, but 'thanks'. That didn't cut it. He was beside himself and soooo insistent. I decided to pick my battles and did the dusting/vaccuming in nothing but my robe and knee-high boots. What a combo. :laughing:

My girls love purses as well. They have more purses than I do, I think! They always have a purse on their arm (and a baby) pretending to go to Walmart or church! :lol:
