Good Morning! Every M, W, and F, we will post a new thread with a different letter of the alphabet. In those threads, please post your favorite tips/advice, beginning with that letter, pertaining to the FY with twins! No repeats please, and be creative! You may post as many replies as you like in each thread.

We will be archiving these threads in the Parenting Twins Information section of the Twin Wiki! [Wiki]The_First_Year_With_Twins:_A_to_Z[/Wiki]

This is the thread for the letter B.

Bottles of formula are only good for an hour when left unrefrigerated.

Bottle racks keep your bottles organized!

Bags that are scented (like Munchkin disposable diaper changing bags - THESE) are good for carrying in the diaper bag for changes on the go.

Bathtime with twinfants can be easy if you are organized. Lay out towels, lotion, diapers, and clothing before the bath. Undress each baby down to a diaper, and lay them on a blanket near the bath area. Bathe one at a time, wrapping each one in a towel when finished. Lotion, diaper, and dress each baby!

Binkies may help babies with reflux. It helps to stimulate the flow of saliva and downward contractions of the esophagus.

Babies need lots of love and TLC - and the same goes for Mommies and DH's. Make sure to make time for yourself, even if it's only a minute or two.

Babies that are working on a new skill, such as rolling, talking, or crawling, may have disrupted sleeping patterns. Don't worry, it's a passing phase!

Boppy pillows are great for feeding two babies at once. Sit on the floor, a boppy pillow on each side of you and there you go :)

Baby smiles are the best, tickling, this little piggy, and funny faces are among the many ways we get our babies to smile and laugh.

Be prepared to be bombarded by strangers when out and about.

Big strong babies grow with lots of hugs and kisses, and of course food.
