Well, week 12 and I am down 2 lbs. since I found out I was PG. So, with all the puking, gagging, nausea, I've realized that after YEARS of dieting and watching what goes into my mouth - cutting out ice cream, chocolate milk, cheeseburgers, chips, etc.... I am actually able to eat what I want regardless of fat content and I am not gaining anything [yet].

Today when I went grocery shopping, I purchased Klondike bars. This is among the list of foods not allowed in my house because they are fattening and the only frozen goodies have to be frozen yogurt and low-fat. Not today. I can't wait to eat a Klondike bar!

Plus, I get to go out and eat cheeseburgers at fast food restaurants! It's heaven! I know - logically - I won't be able to do this for very long. BUT I AM TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE OF IT WHILE I CAN!!!! Especially since I need every calorie I can keep down!

Another benefit, my actual stomach can't contain the amount of food it used to. Which for me, is actually good. Generally, I am a bottomless pit. It is very hard for me to feel full - not now. One sandwich and I am FULL. I actually had a hard time eating a full cheeseburger today. If anything sticks, I hope that is it - because I haven't been able to get full on a sandwich for YEARS - no, DECADES!

    See you are lucky…
I was throwing up and fainting and all that joy but somehow was packing on weight (ah the best of both worlds)… I know mine was water weight, as the same thing happened with my son… and I felt I peed off that pregnancy weight (sorry if TMI) I gained 25 by 16w… who knows how much now??? I get on the scale backwards… I was sick with my son and gained 80 so I know I will do that at least!!! Here is hoping I pee off this weight as well… its not like I’m gonna diet being pregnant with twins…

Enjoy! I was so sick, I couldn't eat anything at all! Pork was completely banned in my house as the smell or thought made me puke! I don't think I really gained any weight til 17 or 18 weeks. Hang in there and I hope all the m/s goes away soon
