Thank you

I just wanted to post a thank you to everyone on this forum. I come on here at night when DH is at work and know I am not alone in this battle. I have tons of friends with kids, but none have twins and I know I can talk to them about stuff but they can't really relate to having 2 babies. But I come on here and know others are going thru or have gone thru the stage we are at, you have the same concerns/problems I do and the words of encouragement and advice help me know I can do this.

So thanks again for getting me thru another day, and I'll be back for more tomorrow night!!

 

I feel the same way. Its nice to beable to get advice or just to talk it out when things seem rough. This is one of the best moderated forums I've ever been on and the people are genuine.

 

I haven't been moderating this forum for long, but I came on here a lot during the first year just to see where others were at, and it was a saviour. Life is definitely different with twins, and having people who know exactly what you're going through is invaluable!

 

I read about Twinstuff in a book about parenting twins when I was pregnant and joined last July. I can't say how thankful I am for this site and all the mods/members who have shared advice, support and encouragement. It is truly a special place and I feel so honoured to be able to give back as a new co-mod in the FY forum.

 

Awww! That was great! Don't fret-you most certainly are not alone! And never will be in this ride of parenthood! Don't be afraid to post!! We're all here for you! TS is my outlet to the real world.... LOL! How old are your twins? What does dh do?

I'm a newbie mod-and I remember that first year(or third year....lol) with all my questions, and wondering if they were silly, had been asked before, etc. But everyone here is welcoming and we all love to help others out. It certainly makes the ride more enjoyable when others are on it!

And you CAN do this! We are all living proof! :laughing: :youcandoit:

 

Sam and Ava are 3 months and 3 weeks, one day I'll add a ticker when I have a few more minutes to figure it out!! DH is a bus driver, he took the night shift to do the 3 am feeding but the kids have been sleeping anywhere from 5-9 hours so I just BF them now and he sleeps. I can't wait for them to sleep thru the night, I think I'll cry from the happiness!!!
