Teething

Need some help with teething...anything I can do to help soothe her besides holding her? Given her teething toys and baby orajel doesn't work. Given her Tylenol too, helps some but she is still in pain :umm:

 

How about Motrin??? That stuff has saved my life!!! It helps with the inflammation and the pain! We are teething now and it's the only way we can go to sleep at night! HTH

 

Motrin, Hylands Teething tablets, frozen washcloth, frozen teethers.

You can altenate the tylonol/ motrin. So, if the motrib seems to be wearing off but it's not time for another does, give a dose of tylonol because it's a different medicine. I think staying on top of the medicine before the pain get too bad is key! Good luck!

 

Mine like the mesh feeders and I put a frozen grape inside - they love to suck on it and it cools their gums.

 

I second the mesh feeders with the frozen grapes...mine liked a plain ice cube in them too! Too bad it isn't working as well for them now as they're working on 4 molars EACH!

I think any place that carries baby stuff - I have seen them at walmart or similar types of stores.

I got them at target in the baby isle (by the nipples, bottles, and dishwasher baskets).
