wish I could suggest more but I used cold things and alternated tylenol & Motrin and put orajel on. (tylenol alone never works for my kids) SO eveything you just said didn't work.

I did try the natural teething pills (can't think of their name which didn't seem to work but yuo may want to give them a try.

I've got to say though, I tried everything for my first child and less things with each subsequent child. (bad mommy) Just grin and bear it mostly for the twins.

At 9 months we were giving Motrin for teething pain and using frozen ice cold wash rags to suck on.

We found that Motrin and teething tablets seemed to relieve the pain the best for our twins. Teething is tough, hang in there!

Tylenol, Motrin, and Hyland's teething tablets.

Oh and frozen bananas (actually any baby food, but they love bananas) in the mesh bags.

My Aunt swears by teething powder, she said that was the only thing that worked. I'm not sure if you can buy it in the store but you can google it online.

Motrin for that age(6mo+)! It works so much better than Tylenol.
